Harry's pov
"That's it!" I said loudly with excitement.
"What, what do you mean?" Olivia asked, udderly confused.
"Just wait here." I told her, I ran to go get Louis and Eleanor. "Hey guys, can I talk to you in the kitchen for a moment?" I asked quickly.
"Sure mate, is something wrong?" Louis asked.
"Not for long." I smiled as they followed me into the kitchen where Olivia still stood with a confused expression on her face.
"What's going on?" Eleanor asked.
"Ok Olivia, you know how you said I would need to be your legal guardian?" I asked her.
"Yesss." she replied slowly.
"Louis and Eleanor I'm about to ask you a huge question and I'm being one hundred percent serious here guys. Would you guys be willing to adopt Olivia?" I asked them with a total strait face.
"Harry you cant ask them to do that. It's too much trouble." Olivia said but i still looked at Louis and Eleanor.
They both looked at each other and Eleanor gave a slight nod. I smiled to were my cheeks hurt and then I turned to Olivia. "You guys. You have got to be joking. It's not that I don't want to be here, but really, you would have to talk to my mom and then a ton of legal crap."
"It's fine. We'll work it out." Louis explained.
"Are you guys sure?" Olivia asked uncertain.
"Positive." Eleanor grinned.
"You are absolutely crazy." Olivia said, looking at me.
"I know." I chuckled.
"So when do you want to call your mum?" Louis asked with excitement.
"We can call her now i guess." Olivia said pulling out her phone. She dialled the phone and waited as it rung.
"Hello sweetheart!" her mum said on the other line.
"We need to talk, seriously." Olivia said looking down at her feet.
"What's the matter?"
"You knew what Jake did to me and you did nothing and there are other things that happened that you know about and just didn't care enough to interfere with." Olivia spoke slowly and cautiously into the phone.
"Well it was my understanding that you didn't want my help." I heard her mum say in a harsh voice.
"okay so that was my fault, I'll take the blame. So instead of you dealing with me, I have a plan." Olivia explained.
"And what would that be?" her mum's voice spoke full of arrogance.
"Someone can adopt me." She said slowly as if the words became stuck in her throat.
"Who would want you?"
"The people I'm staying with." She responded simply.
"Let me talk to this person." her mom snapped. Louis proudly took the phone and pressed it to his cheek. "So you would like to have my daughter?" Olivias mum asked.
"Yes ma'am." Louis responded as calm as he could.
"You don't want her."
"I do, and ma'am you can either willingly let us adopt Olivia or we can take this to court." Louis said with his sass.
"Fine, when do you want to meet?" she asked.
"Tomorrow evening at six." He replied easily.
"ok, goodbye." She snapped, hanging up.
