16. Ice Cream?

TAEHYUNG's POV

Ugh, the break went by in a flash. It's already 3 days since school started, but Jinhee didn't show up for any days. I don't know what happen to her, none of us knows. I kept texting her but she didn't reply. I'm afraid something happen to her. This pabo makes me worry sick.
Class seems longer without Jinhee. Just looking at the empty seat next to me makes me feel empty, too. I put my head down on the desk and tried to sleep. Aigoo, please come Jinhee-yah............ I miss you.

JINHEE's POV

After returning from Jeju, me and my groups have to travel to Japan for a showcase. It takes longer than I thought so I ended up not showing up for school for a few days. The moment I got back to Korea, I finally receive all the messages from Taehyung and the others. Sorry, you must be worried!

I enter the school's gate feeling tired as heck. The past days was great without annoying glasses and braces but now I have to wear them again.
First thing entering, many girls already start to glare at me, some of them talk shit too, but I just shrug it off, I'm getting use to it.

"Jinhee?"
I spotted Rapmon, Jin, and Miyoung.

"Hi guys!" I smiled then run toward them.

"Oh my gosh! Where were you the last 3 days!" Miyoung hugged me tightly.

"Yah......can't.......breath"

"Oh sorry" she let go off me.

"So where were you?" Rapmon asked.

"I...er....was on a trip with my parents....in China but we lost our ticket to return to Korea, so we have to wait a few days to get another one" I lied.

"Aigoo! At least you safe hehe, the rest was worried sick... Especially Taehyung" Jin said. Taehyung?!

"Really?" I stuttered.
"Where's the rest?" I asked, changing the topic.

"They already in class, we were just on our way to our class too." Rapmon said.

"Oh....then I guess I'll see you later then!" I smiled.

"See ya then!" Jin waved.

"Bye Jinhee!" Miyoung waved then follow Jin.

"Jinhee!"

"Yes?"

"I'll walk you to your class." Rapmon said

"No! It's okay." I don't want to bother him.

"Come on, we're friends, aren't we?" He swing his arms over to my shoulder then walk to the direction where my class locates. Ya, me and Rapmon promise to forget everything about the night at Jeju and continues to be friends. I know he's a bit hurt, but I can see he's livelier now.

TAEHYUNG's POV

"Omo! Daebak, the nerd is being close to Rapmon" One girl commented.

I immediately shoot up from my chair. I follow the girl's gaze and find Jinhee with Rapmon outside the window. They look close, ugh I thought she said they're just friend! What kind of friend put his arms around the girl's shoulder.

"I thought she likes Taehyung,  guess not" Another girl said.
"Same, maybe she use Taehyung to get close to Rapmon, who knows?"

The comments makes my blood boiled.
I miss her so much... I've been expecting her to show up. She finally did, but in Rapmon's arms? Really? Is she playing with me?

JINHEE's POV

I sit comfortably in my seat.
"Hi Tae!" I'm happy to see his face again.
