"No man, I'm sitting in the house bored as fuck." I tell Syd as I'm walking up and down the stairs holding my phone. "How about we all go see that drive-in movie?" She suggests. Yo that would be dope. "Yeah let's do that! I'll text everyone now. Thanks Sydney." She chuckles softly. "Alright Lana." I hang up and go upstairs for the 5th time and start thinking of outfits. I text all of the niggas and tell them to meet up at my house. Then I head in the bathroom to take a shower. I hope Tyler comes. I smile to myself. The thought of him makes me so happy.
"Aye you niggas ready or what?" I ask everyone while I grab my car keys. I notice that Tyler isn't in the living room with everyone else. "Hey where's Ty?" I check my phone to see if he answered. Nothing. That's weird. He never ignores me. I brush it off. "He's probably sleeping. That's all the nigga do." Left says as we all walk out of the door. I see Thebe staring at me and I smile back. "Why don't we just go in pairs? So we can save gas and shit." He suggests. Everyone agrees and we start making up our pairs. "I call Solana." Earl says grabbing my arm and pulling me towards my car. Taco gives him a suspicious look. "You sure you don't want to ride with us Earl?" Taco asks him. He shakes his head and looks at me. "Well. Let's go." I say and unlock my car doors.
Earl's p.o.v
I look down at my phone and see a text from Taco.
Tac🐠- Man don't try anything with Sol. You know she's Tylers.
I ignore it. Man this is wrong. She has someone. But she's so damn fine. We start having a conversation about the carnival that's going on this week when a idea pops into my head. "Sol you going with anyone to the carnival?" She glances at me. "No, but I'm sure Tyler will take me." I look out the window and nod. Damnit Earl. Reeeejected. I notice her looking at me again. "But is he doesn't we can go." She replies shooting me her famous smile. "Okay that sounds good." I grin back.
