Tyler and I are sitting out on his roof watching the sunset. He's finally calmed down. For now. He stopped asking about Earl and eventually just let it go. But he's still acting a little weird. I should check on Earl. I take my phone out of my pocket to text him.

Lana❤😊- Hey Early man, are you okay?

Earlybird👄🖕🏽- Yeah I'm alright. Is Tyler still acting like a bitch?

Lana❤😊- Thebe. Don't call him that. He's right beside me.

"Solana who are you talking to?" Tyler asks while staring over at my screen. "I was just trying to make sure that Earl was okay." I push my hair behind my ear and look at him. Please don't get mad. "And why are you so worried about him? I'm right here aren't I?" He starts to raise his voice and tighten his grip on my arm. I snatch away and stare at him. "Look Tyler if you're gonna keep doing this and letting this envy get the best of you then how about you just be alone?" I get up and go back inside and start packing my stuff back into my duffel bag. Just don't look at him. Don't look. I hear him slam the window shut and come inside. "Lana? Come here." He stands behind me and puts his hand on my waist. "Don't touch me Tyler. Don't put your damn hands on me." I push him away and grab my phone and my bag. Maybe that was too harsh. I look back at Tyler and see that his eyes have gone full black once again. I try to scream but all that comes out is a mere whimper. Run. RUN NOW. Tyler jumps at me and I can't seem to get my body to function. He slams me agains the door and everything goes black.

I told you not to look back.
