The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.
Often when joking with friends and family they call my crazy or insane, simply a joke...right?
Often I find myself reliving horrible past memories over and over again, is this insanity?
Or simply human nature?
Perhaps human nature IS insanity.
There might be some truth in this joke for all of us.
Is it possible that insanity and human nature are one and the same?
Who knows?
Surely not me.
