The next brought a hella lot of drama. Ash filled his coffee cup with Alex's sweet blood he had in a pack. He suddenly heard thumps and quietly listened, observing the ceiling. Crumbles and dust were falling. He knew it was coming from the roof. Whatever it was, was bothering Ash and angered him. The voice like a beast came back in his head. "Calm down. its ok, you can trust this person." Ash listened and waited.

A woman dropped down from the roof and happily greeted Ash. He felt strange but let her in.

"You're my WHAT?!" Ash panicked. "mother." The woman smiled. She tried to gently grab his hands but Ash backed away, nervously laughing in disbelief. She calmed him and then told him everything up to the part when she was the thing that bit him. "Well technically, I awakened you. Your father is a werewolf. He decided to be with me than his real mate who was supposed to be his Luna. I am a vampire. But I am his Luna and you're our hybrid pup...so grown up." She stopped to take in Ash's presence. She cleared her throat. "Ahem. Well I sent a guard to retrieve you...but it seems Joseph wasn't able to bring you back, along with himself. Also it would've been kind of useful to inform that you are a hybrid..." She giggled at Ash. Ash rubbed the back of his neck and laughed nervously again. He was not letting this stuff sink in.

It had turned out Ash was a baby when he was found in the human world. His vampiric and werewolf traits weakened and finally vanished when his "parents" took him and tortured him. Ash sat in thought. Without hesitation he pulled out his phone and spoke to her. "Look, I know this is off topic. But my, uhm, ....boyfriend got bit by something when he was asleep. He says its a spider bite or something but he's a dumbass and I know spiders don't bite that big." Ash pulled up the picture of Alex's bite and gave the phone to his mother. She gave a confused look and handed the phone back. "id have to see it in person." Ash nodded and quickly texted Alex. "Whats your name?" He asked casually. "Maya." She lifted her head as she said her name in pride. "And yours, my dear hybrid son, is Damien." "uh but im Ash." Maya shrugged and laughed. "Well Damien is the name your father gave you."
