Chapter 2

Kaitlyns POV:

The week went by pretty fast.
We just went through classes like we would do every other day of school. I was walking outside to go meet Jackson at his car.
"Hey! I think you dropped this." A mans voice was calling after me.
"Oh thank you" I said as he handed me my headphones.
"No problem, I'm Derek."
The man is tall with dark hair, a little stubble on his face, with beautiful eyes and he was wearing dark jeans and a black leather jacket
"I'm Kaitlyn nice to meet you." I tried to give him a friendly smile but I was nervous so it ended up looking like I was a rabid dog.
"I'm waiting for my sister,
she's enrolling herself here."
I wasn't sure if he was nervous too, but even if he was he looked good doing it.
"Hey babe, who's this" Jackson grabbed me by the waist and kissed me like a bride. I got lipstick all over his lips but he couldn't stop smiling.
"This is Derek he's enrolling his sister here." I was hoping Jackson wasn't going to be rude because Derek was really nice and sweet.
"What are you a highschool drop out? You look about 20," Jackson smirked
I nudged him and gave him a look.
"Sorry, well maybe we will see your sister around. Nice to meet you Daniel."
I roll my eyes, knowing Jackson wanted to irritate Derek.
"It's Derek. But nice meeting you." Derek said this with a fake smile
"okay got the condoms." Jackson said excited. Of course he brought that up right in front of him. I started blushing and hit him.
"Bye Derek."
Derek was obviously trying to hide his annoyed expression, so I pulled Jackson and myself away towards his car.
As we get into Jackson's car, I give him an irritated expression.
"What." Jackson says with an innocent smile.
"What do you mean, 'what', did you mean to embarrass me? This is something I feel strongly about and you can't spread something like that around. This is the most personal thing I'm going to experience and you made it public." I say with my voice cracking at the end.
"Babe, I'm sorry, I'm honestly so sorry. I didn't think it was something you were so protective about. I just felt jealous and wanted that guy to know that we live each other enough and have reached that level in our relationship." Jackson says with pleading eyes
"I forgive you," I say because I want him to know that I forgive him, but I don't want him to think its okay just because he apologized. "just please don't put me out there like that, it makes me feel so vulnerable." I say trying to get a mutual understanding.
"Okay, I'll do anything because I love you so much." Jackson says and gives me his perfect smile.
