I learned my cheek on my palm and started at he sight before me

Wanda was holding Percy in her lap while Natasha made silly faces at him, I could see the guys watching in amazement as the super assasin crossed her eyes and stuck out her young

Percy laughed in delight and Wanda cooed and kissed his cheek, "Steve can we stop for-" I cut tony off "no shrarma"

He pouted , as soon as the van stopped we pulled out I lifted Percy from Wanda and tried not to flinc at the death look she gave me

(Because let's be honest, if someone took a baby Percy from you , you'd be mad to)

We walked across the pavement and into the plane where our director was waiting for us
He looks so confused when he saw the small child in my arms not to mention the team probably looked a little busted up

" who's this?" Demanded with a glare and Percy stop laughing the whole team was silent , but the director wasn't too happy about it I thought he was playing dead but apparently this stuff is too important for him to stay dead

" this is Percy" I claimed and Percy waved shyly " hello pirate man" Percy said quietly but the team soon started cracking up in laughter including Natasha's which is pretty rare for her the director doesn't seem too happy about being called a pirate and seeing as he's been called a pirate more than one time and don't ask

I'm pretty sure it's all of the Avengers would have attacked a director but I'm pretty sure it's against the law to rip out his other eye seeing as that clear he was giving Percy was pretty dark

I separated with the ladies to take care of first you all the others did the explaining why it was a little kid in my arms

" I think the director should be a little more I don't know nicer to the kid" Natasha claimed with a frown ,Wanda nodded in approval but said nothing I could see that Natasha was pretty upset about him being so rude I can see her mother instincts kicking in already now we just have to wait for her to find Bruce than those will kick into full drive

Tony snorted " no I probably don't and here I thought we were good friends my little spider" he could but it was quickly cut off by a sharp slap from Natasha laughter echoed around the jet has the Avengers watch Tony rub the side of his face an Natasha gives him a deadly glare

" don't you ever call me that again or this itsy bitsy spider will tear out your spinal cord" she growled and the team just started laughing harder

At least an hour of questions and bantering about flying later you made it to the base and I could see thor outside just waiting for us you have waiting for the news of what happen and I think all of us were waiting for answers f why he sent us to get a kid

" you care explain this?" I asked while gesturing to percy

" my most humble apologies but this was the matter of life or death I cannot simply leave the child need to be taken by the enemy now if you would calm down and let me explain over some tarts of pop?" He said sheepishly
