Kendall's pov/
I woke up to the annoying sound of my mom yelling at my two younger siblings. Victoria and Keara, Victoria is the angel of the house she's 10 and doesn't know about my mother being an abusive drunk.. On the other hand Keara is 14, completely aware of what my dead beat mother does to us... I got up to see why she was yelling at my innocent siblings..

"KEARA WHY THE HELL ARE YOU EATING A PIECE OF TOAST AT 6:30 IN THE MORNING." My mother yelled

"Um there's no other food... Mom you need to go the store and feed us." She said almost crying

"IM NOT THE ONE TO BE FEEDING YOU LITTLE DUMBASS KIDS!!!! FIGURE SOMETHING OUT!!!" She yelled

I walked downstairs to control my mother.

"Hey mom, you need to stop she's just a little girl she doesn't know any better." I said

"And how the hell do you know what's good for her!!!!" She yelled slapping me across the face

I just ran up stairs to get ready for the day, I jumped in the shower washed my body and shaved and all that stuff. I got out of the shower and dried my long brown hair and I decided to do a smokey eye and a red matte lipstick today cause I just wanted to look good for school I decided to wear my ripped black pants that I got from topshop with just a black tank top then my leather jacket and my combat boots. I got my backpack off the floor in my room and looked in the mirror, I look good I thought to myself...

I walked downstairs to see my mother passed out on the couch.. I got my siblings and headed out the door, we all went our separate ways. I walked into the Omaha air

I walked in the school with everyone staring at me, a few whistles and shouts. I grinned at myself I walked to my locker and headed to my first period which was English, I sat next to this kid named Sammy never talked to the kid in my life always handing in his work on time and never skipping school this kid seems like a total buzz kill..

"Alright class today we will be doing a project.. It's worth 50% of you're grade and will be presented in a month, you will be working with the person you're sitting next to." She said I rolled my eyes knowing that I have to work with Sammy..

"Hey partner." He said winking

I just rolled my eyes, getting annoyed..

"Wow chill live a little." He said chuckling at his own words

"What time should I come over?" I asked

"After school I'll pick you up, I'll meat you in the front of school." He said smiling

"Fine whatever." I said looking back at the front of the class

***RING RING***

I walked out of the class going to second period... The rest of the day was a blur

I walked out of school looking for Sammy, he was leaning against his car on his phone..

"Ready to go?" asked he looked up and smiled..

"I'm ready, if you're ready." He questioned

"Yup lets go." I said he opened the door for me

"What a gentleman." I said smiling

All he did was smile back at me and walk to the drivers seat, it took us maybe about 2 minutes to get to his house, we ended up on the rich side of town which wasn't far from school obviously.. He got out and opened the door for me again. I just rolled my eyes because he doesn't have to be nice all the time.. I got out of the car and headed to his front door he opened the door for me.. Of course I thought to myself rolling my eyes
