The Interview
Officer: [Officer turns on the recorder] Ok.. So you know what ever you say will be recorded and will be use in court. Ok do you know why you are being questioned? So do you know you you are here?
Man: um..righ-t.. No...[pause] no don't think so.. Why what did I do?
Officer Right [tap hand on desk as he said this] Have you heard of Jack Mete?
Man No don't.. Know he is.. Does he go to my College? Is he near my campus?
Officer:[stands up] Funny you should say that [ opens a small travel suitcase and puts a photo of a man about 18, 5"8 dyed platinum hair, green as grass eyes, biracial skin] recognise him now?
Man: Yeah... Oh God... Yeah I do know him... He in every class with me but the teachers called him John. Why...No..No is he...
Officer: Yes Mr Mete passed away late yesterday....He was shot in the torso.The killer was methodical he knew what to do...he clean every single surface. Even so the parents think it's you
Man: What no..no..no.. Son of a.... No I can't even hurt a fly.... Seriously..
Officer.. Well that what Norman Bates said [chuckles softly to himself] ... For some reason I believe you... You got good grades... Teachers like you... Your peers haven't said a bad word to you
But we found your fingerprints on the gun... So that's why they think it's you
Man: How... I never done I single bad thing... NOT.. A
Officer: [ interrupts the man] Ok.. I know.. Calm down ok.. Ok I know we didn't start with this but please tell me your name, you birthday, blood type and finally type of car you drive
Man: Ok.. (Takes a big breath in and out) Lucas Toohey.. Born on the 23 of September 1996 Blood type O- , car Ford Ranger 2014. Why do you want to know my blood type and my car?
Officer: There was a struggle between the Killer and Jack.. We found blood under his fingernails... We also found.. Tire tracks near the scene we might be able to track what car it is...pun intended..sorry
Lucas: Oh right... Yeah..
Officer: Any more information you have information?
Lucas: No..No
Officer: Ok..The interview has been concluded on 9:43 am 1 hour and 30 minutes after the interview has started..[Officer turns off recorder no sound is heard after that]
