Hannah's POV

I woke up to the sun shining through the gap in my curtains. I rolled over pulling my quilt over my head when there was a knock on my door, I frowned and looked at my clock, half 8?! Seriously? I groaned and pulled my self out of bed, tidying up my hair and face a little and walked to the door, still in my pyjamas.

I opened it to see Harry.

'What are you doing here?' I moaned, my eyebrows raised at him.

'Well I was driving past and thought Id pop by, see if you were okay?' He said with a smile.

'Im fine Harry...thanks. Why are you even awake at this time? I cant imagine you got back from the Brits that long ago' I replied, not moving from the doorway.

'Actually, I came back pretty early. My girlfriend came back from her holiday so I went to see her. Can I come in?' Harry said, I reluctantly moved from the doorway, letting him in.

'i would offer you a cup of tea but I have no milk' I said shutting the door behind him, as he walked into the living room. I walked in behind him, watching him looking around my little flat. He then turns back to me, handing me some envelopes.

'Here, the postman was just at the end of the drive so I said Id take them' I took them from him, chucking the ones I knew were bills on the table, leaving me with one blue envelope, handwritten with my name on. I dont usually get any other post apart from junk and bills so I was slightly confused. I opened it and pulled out a birthday card, inside was a hundred pounds. Before even reading it, I went into the kitchen, looking at the magnet calendar I had stuck to my fridge. 27th October...I forgot my own birthday.

I looked back down at the card.

'To Han, Happy 19th Birthday! We wish we could all be with you to celebrate it :( Miss you so much!

Love you! From the girls xx (Amy, Melissa, Jess, Ellie and Jade)'

I smiled slightly, my eyes welling up, I took the card into the living room, putting it on the coffee table.

'Oh Happy Birthday!' I jumped slightly, forgetting Harry was even here.

'thanks' I mumbled, taking the money and putting in my purse.

'You doing anything for it?' Harry asked.

'Nope, never do. Umm...i dont want to sound rude but is there a reason youre here?' I looked at him.

'I was checking you were okay, and im popping to the shops to get some stuff for home and wondered if you needed anything?'

'How many times do I have to tell you Im not a charity case Harry?!' I said, slightly hurt, but trying my best not to show it.

'No...I wasnt saying that' Harry replied.

'Look...can you just go? Please...' I said, turning away from him. I could hear him get up off the sofa and felt a hand on my shoulder. I pulled away.

'Hannah, look...I want to get to know you, I think youre a nice girl. Im not trying to embarrass you. I wasnt suggesting that I buy things for you, I meant like...if youd want to come with me?'

'You dont know me Harry, nothing about me and you never will. You cant just keep appearing like this, go back to your life and forget me and ill get on with mine'

I went back in the kitchen, looking for something to eat for breakfast, most of my cupboards empty, I slammed the doors sighing. I turned around to check the fridge, Harry was already there...he looked shocked.

'What do you eat?...' He asked quietly, his posture and tone completely changed since he walked in. Like he genuinely cared.

'what does it matter to you...' I shut the fridge door, standing infront of it so he'd stop looking in it.

'From what I can see its nothing or very little...' Harry frowned, he was looking down at me concerned.

'I was going shopping today...' I mumbled, I had to think of something to say. He's right I dont eat much...nothing at all most days. But why would I tell him that?

'Come with me then?' He asked again, I sighed.

'Fine okay...Ill go get ready' I said, moving past him and going back to my room.
