Yay! New Reaper character! :D
I'm not going to say much about this guy, 'cuz he plays a huge part with a huge secret one of the characters has. :3
But I CAN tell you that he's a Siren Reaper, meaning he can scream so loudly that your eardrums will explode, and he can live and breathe underwater. He's a bit scary, too.
Also, he has retractable fins on his arms and legs. When he's on land he retracts them so they don't get damaged. (They're super fragile when dry.)
