"Once there was a realm of Angels. Seven of all the Angels were the most special, they were what kept the world safe, They were what balanced the magic, kept en eye on everyone and creature. But, then a war had started, Creatures, called Droygons hated the idea that they could not fully extend their powers, all because it had to be balanced. Their master had done something terrible to cause that. The Droygons always had a dark streak to them...." Winifred retold the story, similar to the stories in my fathers book. I closed my eyes and let her soft soothing voice paint a story in my head. I visualized the scenes in the book and combined it with what Winifred was saying....

Angels, they were beautiful. Their wings were magnificent. Not like the white fluffy wings that are told in stories, but instead they are the same type of wings that birds and bugs have. The angel sitting on a chair with her baby has huge brown eagle wings, the baby quite the opposite has small blue butterfly wings. Some didn't have any wings, Instead they would posses a different type of power.

They were in a temple. The roof was just glass with different gems incrusted around the edges, the floor was made from marble and glass. You could see so far down at the mountains and villages below. We were so high up yet we were still on land. This land had been broken off from below and floated up here to create more villages in the sky.

At the end of the room were two huge oak doors leading into the office that belonged to Charlotte, she was the Queens second in hand. She had just dealt with a yelling man. None of the angels saw who he was, but could faintly hear the arguments inside. They could only guess who was in that room, of course they were right as he had been here so many times, he even grew up here as a child.

Slam. He must of left. The man, whose impish childish smile started to grow cold. His eyes lost that sparkle and now his face was as blank and stuck as a stone slab. No one knew if he felt any other emotions a part from hatred, his face nor his eyes ever showed it.  Now everyone could see him, he was.....

The leader of the Droygons, wearing black chain mail and armor, draped in a blood red coat stared down from the cloudy realm, staring hard at the life of the ground below him. He was tall, dark black hair and gripping emerald green eyes.

'How dare they block their, his powers. How is it fair to betray someones full extent of who they are!' He fumed, gripping tightly to the hilt of his ruby incrusted sword. The Angeilians or in other words, Angels declined his preposition. Said that it could not be done. But why? Why cant it be done. All because of one small thing he did.

The Angels had their reasons, they knew he would abuse his powers again, to only take over. The leader, Darvek was greedy and vain. They knew he would very soon be corrupt with the power he held. He was still young and didn't understand the consequences. Obviously he hadn't learnt from what he did.

Darvek turned around and left, his cloak swishes savagely behind him. He stormed through the portal that transported him back to the ground. He had only just started to get used to the dizzy tunnel and bright flickering lights as he travelled by portal. He hated it, rather ride a troll he often mumbled.

'Not only do they block my powers, but they like humans? They allow humans in our land and worse, breed with them!' His face scrunched up in disgust, the only other emotion he felt. He started to make a mental list in his head of all the things he believed they had done wrong. His face changed to a savage smile, unsheathing his sword he stared at his reflection then examined the silver blade until he got to the very top, the sharpest point at the end of the sword. He had the perfect plan... He just needed all of his powers... or maybe he could use someone else!

Quickly returning to his lands he went and thought through his plan. The once childish sparkle in his eyes turned into a savage spark.

Discussing with only his closest adviser and friend they thought through their plan. War, famine, disease. What ever he could do, he would do. He will take over Airlandria, he would be in charge, it would be him looking down from those clouds knowing everything he touched belonged to him, it would be he who commanded everyone to do his bidding, it would be he who personally got rid of the human vermin from this land. 'Rats, they are just like rats' he thought. They take over, do as they please, pester everyone and kick people out of their homes. He shall control things for a change, not those pesky fairies, which was what he called the Angeilians.

"He started a war and disease. Towns are being attacked and are put under his control. He is looking for creatures with lots of power. The disease helps to weaken everyone even kill those who he has trouble commanding, it also splits different regions, making it easier to overpower. Only he has the cure." Winnifreds warm eyes turned cold.

"Not only tha', He has spys and has somehow managed to ge' people to believe he is good. You must be careful with who is around you." Byron was standing at the door. "The reason we took you was because your parents had ran away from Airlandria. They found out where they wen' " I gave him a quizical look. My parents ran away from... where?

"Umm, I think your mum will be better to explain it to you." He was scratching his head and his face was scrunched up, trying to find some sort of a way to explain this,.... I still don't know what to call whats happening.

"i'll go ge' your mum then." With that he quickly turned around and disappeared into the room next door. Obviously he isn't the social type.

I could feel a headache comming on. I didn't know who these people are, why they were telling me fairy tales or why they took me in the first place. What do they want? I realised I let my guard down, I can't do that! I have my friend, my sister and mum to look after. My shoulders tightened and I my hands clenched into tiny fists.

"Oh, don't worry dear. I understand this isn't the best circumstance but you will understand it all soon." Winifred's soft voice started to sooth my nerves. I didn't like it, I have to keep my guard up incase something happens.

"Uh, you may come in there now." Byron was standing back at the door frame and motioned me to go into the other room. I looked at Ava and Kaeli, they stood up and followed, none of us wanted to be left alone.
