Chapter 3

Rose's P.O.V

When we walked into the manor we decided to an ice cream science experiment where just ice salt and some extra ingredients made ice cream. After we made our ice cream and put it into bowls we sat down on the couch and started eating it now demons don't have to eat that's true but that doesn't mean we don't every so often.

"Not bad science man you did a good job." I said smiling at Matthew

"Thank you Rosey!" He said smiling proudly and ate his ice cream staring at the tv which had spongebob on.

After a couple hours of watching tv Matthew fell asleep laying on me and I gently held him in my arms as I stood up walking to Aunt Sapphire and Uncle Sebby. "Oh look the bitch is here." I heard Amber say and it took all my strength not to punch her

"Young lady how dare you talk to your cousin like that if you keep miss behaving for the rest of the day you won't be having a phone for a month." Auntie said

"Here's Matthew Aunt Sapphire he passed out while we were watching tv." I said handing her Matthew

"Thank you dear well we better go before it gets to dark you know how Sebastian is if we are out during the night." Auntie said rolling her eyes and I smiled giving them all a hug as mom and dad came down giving them hugs goodbye.

After they left we sat down and played games until about midnight which is usually the time we force ourselves to go to bed. "Night mom and dad." I said hugging them before heading up to my room and changed crawling into bed.

Dream

I was walking down a dark path in the middle of the woods except the trees were dead so there shouldn't have been some sort of light even without the moon. As I kept walking down the path I noticed a small light at the end as I moved towards it I could hear a piano play walking inside I saw the my moms dad sitting at it playing his music. "Isn't it such a haunting melody?" He asked

"Why are you in my dreams?" I asked ignoring his question

"It's rude not to answer ones question first." He said

"Doesn't sound any different from the music mom plays on her violin now answer me." I said

"I'm in your dreams to warn you dear child. I know your mother and uncle hate me but I was never myself when I raised them." He said

"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked

"I never meant to hurt my poor children and I very well didn't want to drive them away. There mother was the reason behind it all," he said as he kept playing the melody, "she never wanted us to have kids but she got pregnant twice she was ok with Sebastian we were normal at first but then your mother came along she was such an adorable baby. Your mother hated her." As he talked to music got louder and creepier it sent chills down my spine, "All the other demon woman said your mother would grow up to be much more beautiful than your mom which she has, but her mother despised this fact and refused to believe it she was the one who always had to be beautiful. So she started beating and torturing your mother and every now and then made me join to I wouldn't have if it wasn't for the fact that if I didn't she would have killed her." He stopped playing the piano and turned to me. "Your mother is in grave danger my grandchild your grandmother is done with chasing after her she has even discarded me to the side since I asked her to leave today. She's out for your mother and she's gonna stop at nothing to kill her."

"That's not fair! To kill someone just because of pure jealousy over my moms looks! Why!?" I yelled my eyes widened in fear

"Because dear child she is my wife, haven't you figured it out I am satan and since I picked her to be my wife she was driven crazy for money and looks. If it wasn't for the fact I can't die in anyway she would have killed me long ago for my money. She refuses to believe someone could be prettier than her that's why she thinks your mother must die also there is something she wants from your mother." He said turning back to the piano and started playing again.

"What? What does she want!?" I asked

He looked back at me as he continued playing, "She wants her unbeating heart for it holds a power she can never have." He said and with that my dream swirled around me.

chapter 3 done! Yayyyyyy it's out so what do you think the power should be that she wants to take? And plz don't say love because that's a little cliche and plus no excitement ummm but I chose the heart cause well I couldn't think of another place in the body that their powers could lay.
