~Julie’s POV~

I watched as Harry walked over to me but I couldn’t move.

“I can’t believe I didn’t notice it sooner,” he shouted over the rain. I noticed that his eyes were red. Was he crying? He sniffled as he walked closer, but I took a step back. He stared at me.

“That girl,” I said as tears fell.

“I don’t know her and I don’t like her. She came to me,” he said. I noticed tears fall from his eyes. My mouth dropped and I stumbled on my heels. He was crying. My heart just shattered into a million pieces. I can’t watch him cry; it’s too depressing.

“Julie I love you,” he yelled.

What? Did he just say he loves me?

“What?” I said, not believing the words I just heard.

“I love you and only you Julie,” he said.

“Oh my god,” I whispered. He stared at me as he waited for my reaction.

“Please,” he asked.

I can’t believe this day finally came. I looked up at him and took a deep breath, preparing for the words I was about to say.

“I love you too,” I said.

Harry walked towards me and I walked towards him. He ran so I ran right into him. He clasped my cheeks as he kissed me. That kiss. It was magical. The butterflies soared and the chills were finally gone.

I truly love Harry.

It was paradise. Our lips moved in sync and nothing could have been better. He pulled apart and we both started to cry for no reason. I hope it was out of happiness. He placed his hands on my cheeks and held my face.

“I’m so sorry I never paid close attention to the way you liked me in the past,” he said over the rain.

“You’re here now, I’m in your arms, and that’s all that matters,” I said as I kissed him. In the rain. In the middle of the street. It was the most perfect night of my life. I had finally found the love of my life.
