Layla smiled as she looked at her new husband, Travis, sleeping peacefully with his arm laid across her waist as she looked looked up at him from her position on his chest. She still couldn't believe it was possible. She always thought that she would be single for life and die a virgin but then she met Travis... He was the uncle of one of her kids - she was a first grade teacher - and they met when his nephew got sick one Friday afternoon. Nicky, Travis' nephew, was really sick and sadly his parents couldn't come get him so his uncle Travy was coming to get him. Now Layla had never met the uncle before but she didn't think too much of it as she had someone watch her class as she sat with six year old boy in the office. She adored Nicky and the boy apparently adored her too as he refused to let her go when she said she was going to head back to the classroom. So she smiled and let him lay his head on her lap and soothed him with her silly stories.
When the office door opened and she laid eyes on the tall, slightly rugged, muscular white chocolate man walk in looking beyond worried before rushing over to where she sat with Nicky, she was floored. She had never came close up with someone that looked as sexy as he did. She bit his lip as Nicky moved and ran to hug his uncle, leaving her absorb the man's appearances. He had dark brown hair that was short and somewhat in a barely quiff quiff, green eyes and naturally tanned skin. She just wanted to stare at him for hours and try to get him to give her a Magic Mike prefomance. She licked her suddenly dry lips at the thought as the man looked over to her with a smile. There was something in his eyes... An emotion that she had never seen before so she didn't know what it was. All she knew was no man looked at her like that before.
To her surprise it turned out that 'uncle Travvy' had been attracted to her too as they exchanged numbers and asked if they could maybe get coffee or something later - after he took care of Nicky of course. Layla, never having actually been on a real date before, was at lost for words. She didn't know what to say she was excited, thrilled, but at the same time skeptical. There was no way this fine man wanted to actually date a 5'4" size 20 black woman like her. No one else wanted her for her whole twenty-four years of living, not once.
Travis was different, though. He loved thick women and in his eyes, Layla was stunning. With her milk chocolate smooth skin, big booty and bust, hips, thighs, muffin top, curly natural hair, deep brown eyes, plump sexy lips, chubby cheeks, light makeup, purple rimmed glasses, and her quirky girlyish style and stunning white smile... he was in a daze. She was perfect in his eyes and all natural. He always had a thing for the natural look, tired of the fake women in every sense of the word from their boobs and booties to their personalities. But Miss Layla? His nephews favorite teacher that he always raved about being silly and caring and pretty much more patient and loving than his own mother (Travis' sister-in-law that he could never actually stand)? Oh he was in awe. Just the sincere look in her eyes showed him that everything the young boy had said was the truth and he really really wanted to get to know her better.
That was exactly four months ago and here they were married. It was a shock to everyone when after dating for almost three months, they announced they were engaged and wanted to get married soon! Those that didn't know Layla thought she had to have been pregnant or something and everyone else? They thought they both had lost their darn minds. And in a sense, they did. After the first date at the small coffee shop they realized they had so much in common.
Travis loved how down to earth Layla was and how she was the exact opposite of all his golddigging exes that wanted all the fancy dinner dates and shopping sprees when all he wanted to do was go bowling, or have a movie marathon or just hang out and goof off and turn a boring movie into something hilarious with his random commentary. Every past girlfriend he did it around told him to stop and were so creeped out it was a shame. But Layla? She laughed and admitted to doing the exact same thing when she was watching TV alone, so they put in their commentary and talking back to the TV at how messed up a character was or how stupid they were and had the best of times just watching recorded shows and eating pizza.
Layla loved that he respected her and her values of wanting to wait for marriage before having sex and not wanting to get too heated physically. He was more than happy with that as he had chosen to remain celibate after his last relationship blew up in flames and she wound up cheating on him and having the other guy's baby. There may have been some sexual tension as they were both attracted to each other but it wasn't suffocating like most assumed, they were fine with the cuddling, sweet kisses and hand holding. They were too busy bonding on deeper levels to care about the physical level really.
The two's humor was similar, their personalities balanced out almost perfectly as they were great compliments to each other. They could and often did stay up for hours on end just talking about anything and everything under the sun until they would fall asleep with each other still on the line.
Layla and Travis' relationship was just on an unbelievable level and almost at three months, he proposed and the rest was history. She wanted a simple beach wedding that was small and just about their love and committement to each other than the stress of having the best dress and wedding of all their married friends. It was just about the two of them and they were over the moon happy with it.
And on their four month anniversary, May 7th, they got married on the beach in front of their families and closest friends and even her whole class of sixteen was there, happily cheering them on and "ewwing" when it came to "You may kiss the bride" and the two of them got a bit carried away.
That's where they were now. On their honeymoon in a nice hotel in Miami (they already loved in Florida maybe six hours away from Miami). Layla studied her husband's face still surprised that she met a man that looked like that who was almost just as quirky and special as she was. It was so unbelievable but she was thrilled and happy.
As she was staring at Ber husband's features, she felt the arms around her tighten. "You've been staring at me for awhile..." Travis smirked, his voice all sexy and grouf with sleep.
Layla blushed and smiled at the realization that be was away now. " just.. Still surprised, ya know?" She smiled absently drawing shapes in her amazing sculpted bare chest. Before she could say anything else, he flipped them and was on top of her tickling her like a madman. She was laughing and thought it was funny but still was a bit mad.
No, not really. The tickles turned into kisses and sweet touches and Layla and Travis both couldn't help but to feel their hearts soar and meld together. This was definitely deep love and Miss All-natural would never trade Mr. Weird SexyBeast for anuone else. This was that deep true love soulmates that they both always wanted. This was it and they were going to love growing old together...
