EJ POV
I was walking down the hall until I saw my best friend, Kenneth. "Hey man what's up." I said smiling. "Hey dude so have you seen the new girl yet everybody is saying that she's pretty, nice, rich." He said.
"Um yeah I've seen the new girl her name's Jessebelle." I said scratching the back of my neck.
"Wait.. I know that look OMG! EJ YOUR IN LOVE!" He yelled as I put my hand in his mouth.
"Shut up, everyone's going to hear you. And is it obvious?" I asked.
"Well your blushing a little bit and your stuttering so I guess it is pretty obvious." He said sarcastically. I sigh, I know Jessebelle and I just met but I'm just in love with her. "I don't know what to do dude. It's just.. Huh I don't know how to explain it." I said as I sit down against the wall.
"It's going to be okay dude. I'm going to help you." He said with a smile.
"Thanks dude. Hey you know what I should do. I should audition for the play Mr. Allan K is doing. Since Jessebelle wanted to play Cinderella, I should play the Prince." I said.
"You should. You never know there might be a kissing scene. Aiiyyyeeeee!!" He said as I hit his shoulder.
"Come on let's go." I said with a chuckle and we went to class.
AFTER SCHOOL
JESSEBELLE POV
"OMG Pia! I'm so nervous." I said as I breath heavily.
" Don't worry bestie. Your gonna do great! I'll be on the front row watching." Pia said with a smile.
"Salamat Pia." I said as we hug. Pia looked behind me and smile.
"Huy! You have company." She said as she pointed behind me. I turn around and I saw EJ. I look at Pia.
"Go after him." She said with a smile. So I went to EJ. "Hi EJ! I'm so glad your auditioning. I can't wait to watch you sing." I said with a smile.
"Thanks. Um I can't wait to watch you sing too." He said smiling.
"So what song are you singing?" I asked.
"Secret." He said as we laugh. That's when Mr. Allan K instruct everyone to sit down. Of course, Pia sat next to in my left side and EJ sat at my right side.
"Okay, thank you all for coming to the auditions for my play. Now I will call you one by one to come to the stage and sing." Mr. Allan K said.
While some people are performing I turn to EJ, "I'm really nervous." I said to him as I showed him my shaky hand.
"Okay don't worry just breath in and breath out. Don't worry here hold my hand." He said as he grab my hand. When he grab my hand I don't feel nervous anymore. I look at him and he look at me and was just like this morning when we met.
"Jessebelle Viray." Mr. Allan K said. "Don't worry your going to do great I promise." EJ said to me as he let go of my hand. I nodded as I went on stage and look at everyone. Now I just look at EJ and Pia waving at me giving me the thumbs up.
"Jessebelle what will you be singing today?" Mr. Allan K asked.

When I finish everyone started clapping including EJ and Pia.I smiled and went back to my seat. " OMG bestie you did amazing." Pia said. "Thank you." I said as we hug.
"You did amazing Jessebelle!" EJ said as he lift me up and spin me around. He put me down but he didn't let go. I look into his eyes again and he look at mine. Our silence was interrupted when Mr. Allan K said, "Emmanuel Salvisa." "Good luck." I said as I smile.
He smiled and went to the stage.
I sat down and Pia look at me smiling like an idiot. "Uuy! Ano ba!" I said as I hit her arm. "He likes you!!" She giggle as I just smile. "Ooo and I think you like him too!" She said as I hit her arm again as she laugh.
EJ POV
I went on stage. I breathe in and out.
"Emmanuel what will you be singing today?" Mr. Allan K asked.
