Chapter 6~

Harry's P.O.V.

I heard voices.

"Do you think he'll wake up?" asked a voice.

"I don't know," said another voice that seemed vaguely familiar.My head was pounding,I felt like throwing up."What are we going to do when he wakes up?" asked one of the voices.Where was I? Last time I checked I was at the party.

"I don't know." said one of the voices.What happened? A groan left my lips as I forced my eyes to open.Standing in front of me were two girls.One had blond hair the other had brown hair.Both of their eyes went wide.I easily recognized the brunette.Charlotte.What?! She was strangely dressed in a pair of really short shorts,a t-shirt and running shoes.Another groan escaped me,my head continued to pound.

"What am I doing here?" I croaked out to both of them.The blond one nudged Charlotte who shakily spoke.

"Um A-Avril and I f-found you wasted on someone's front lawn." she stammered out.

"Yeah,we brought you back here." added the girl who I suppose is Avril.I nodded taking in this information.All I remember was being outside last night thinking about how furious Charlotte was or is still at me.

"T-thank you." I said as I stood up regaining my balance on my feet.I was still dressed in yesterday's clothing which seemed to be drying.Why? I began making my way to the front door,seeing the hallway covered in photographs.I remember most of them,some seeming vaguely familiar.But I noticed one that put me off;it was a picture of Charlotte when she was younger and this young boy hugging and smiling to reveal gaps in their grins.

"Harry wait." said a voice.I turned slightly to see Charlotte right behind me,

"I-i'm sorry for lashing out at you.I shouldn't have.Y-your not forced to talk to me.C-can we start over?" she asked nervously.Her ocean blue eyes met mine,I felt myself smile.

"Yeah," I said.A smile also spread onto her face revealing one dimple on her right cheek.

"I'm Charlotte." she said as she held her hand out.I gladly accepted her handshake."Harry.Nice to meet you." I responded.It was certainly different.A small part of me was extremely happy that I got a second chance at being friends.I don't want to mess this up.I opened the door and stepped out into the early morning.

Charlotte's P.O.V.

Once the door was closed I let out the sigh I was holding in.

"Wow." said Avril as I turned to her making me roll my eyes."Everyone deserves second chances." I defended myself.She raised her hands up in defeat.

Going back to school on Monday was something I dreaded.I left for school as usual,taking bites out of my sweet apple as I walked down the sidewalk to school.My mind wandered to my parents,I haven't heard from them in a few days.Hopefully they'll be back,even if they didn't acknowledge my existence sometimes.They were still my parents and I still loved them.Walking into school I saw the clusters of students at lockers talking about the party.Making my way over to my locker I put the combination in and shoved my books inside,grabbing the ones I need for first period.

"Hey," said Avril as I closed my locker and saw her.Her blond hair was put into a pony tail on her head compared to my hair which happened to be down.

"Talk to your crush?" she teased making me roll my eyes."He's not my crush.I don't like him.Besides we're friends." I said as we began making our way to class.

"You like him.Don't deny it." Avril added with a smirk that I wanted to wipe it off her face.The bell rang and we then sadly had to part our ways to class.Luckily we had drama together this year which was okay with me.

"What did you just say to me Romeo?" asked Avril as she had her hands on her hips and a raised eyebrow.I sat in the back of the classroom silently holding my laughs back.We were in drama acting out a scene but Avril being the crazy girl she is added her own twist.Poor Louis.

"Girl I said those shoes don't go with that hat." Louis retorted with more sass making the whole class burst into laughter even the teacher.Both of them were acting like little brats.Both being good actors.Sadly the bell rang signaling lunch.Avril and I collected our things and headed for lunch,sitting at our usual spot.

"You did some great sass acting." I said making her smile."Thank you,someone's got to bring the sass besides Louis." she said with a smirk.Suddenly I felt someone's presence sit in front of us,peering up I saw Harry.What.The.Hell.He flashed me a smile.

"Hey Charlotte.Avril." he said.I gave Avril a confused glance as I looked back at Harry.

"Uh hi." we both replied."What brings you here?" asked Avril as nicely as she can.

"I want to sit with you guys." he said.Him? Sit with us?

"Real funny Harry." I said with a chuckle.

"You can go now.No need to be seated here with us." I said.What does he think he's doing?

Harry's P.O.V.

Me and Zayn walked into the lunchroom seeing it slightly empty.Most people eating outside since it was sunny outside.

"Hey I'm going to get my food." I said to Zayn.He nodded and went off outside where Louis,Niall,and Liam all waited.Out the corner of my eye I saw Charlotte and Avril seated inside.An idea popping in my head.

No don't.

I grabbed my food quickly and instead of making my way outside I walked towards Charlotte,sitting in front of her.She peered up at me and confusion crossed her eyes. 

"Hey Charlotte.Avril." I said while flashing them a smile. 

"Uh hi," they both replied."What brings you here?" asked Avril as she put on a smile.What brings me here? Charlotte.

"I want to sit with you guys." I said confidently.

"Real funny Harry." Charlotte chuckled."You can go now.No need to be seated here with us." she added.I raised an eyebrow but began digging in to my food.For a second I saw her glare at me but her expression softened."You should go now before your 'friends' see you." she snapped as she went back to ignoring me.Her words stung.What did she mean by "Friends"? I knew plenty of people,they were my real friends.She continued to glare at me,her ocean blue eyes turning cold.There was no use.I let out a defeated sigh before raising my hands in defeat."Fine.I'll leave." I got up and walked past her,

"See you around friend," I whispered in her ear;leaving her shocked.Walking out the lunchroom I saw Zayn,Louis,Niall,and Liam waiting in the hall."Where did you go?" asked Niall curiously.

"I had lunch detention." I easily lied."What did you do this time?" Louis asked with a smirk."I forgot my homework." I added,it was true though.I did forget my homework.

Charlotte's P.O.V.

I happily walked home from school on Wednesday,thankfully I had no work to do.Which meant I got to play piano.A smile etched onto my face as the thought of playing crossed my mind.But as my house came into view my body froze.
