Emma's POV
Back at 'my new house', fridge is full, clean room and traps are all layed out. protection is the number 1 key for survival, second is food and water. i want to be free and do want i want, but my parents join the most evil pack ever. today i found a really random thing is that there are wild chickens that run through the forest, what a perfect feast for me because my favourite food is CHICKEN.YUMMY.
Narrator POV
It was a dark and stormy night, and Emma was in a tall oak tree. The tree had a hollow trunk, with a rope ladder going to a platform to the top. Emma's always sat on the platform looking out towards the lake. Feeling free without a care.
Lachlan's POV
Looking from the mountain I see Emma on the platform just staring at the lake view, i was going to confront her. I walked down the hill and climbed up the ladder.
Emma's POV
I heard someone in the cubby house, I just ignored it and thought about what I should do. Then I saw Lachlan sit next to me.
Lachlan's POV
"Hey, I want to talk about what happened the other day?" "It was self defense" she said. "Um.......I was wondering if you would like to join our pack?". She just looked at me and put her head down, I'm guessing she misses her parents, "hey if it makes you feel better you can come to my house to chill and relax.
Emma's POV
Lachlan and I where hanging out at his place, he even let me stay in a spare room he had. We where just sitting on the couch, watching Netflix while eating homemade pizza.
The next day we just hung out near the lake skill ng stones along the water.
Lachlan's POV
"Hey can I ask why are you staying in Jay and I cubby house?". She told me the whole story about her family joining the Sidemen Pack, and forcing her to join as well. That's why I asked her to join our pack for safety.
