Ashton's p.o.v

"Look at her dude! How are you not infatuated with her?!"

"I said that if I didn't get a date to the dance I would be open to the option of asking her."

"Michael, shut the fuck up. You know she's your first choice."

"Ashton be quiet and watch the tough football players and the pretty cheerleaders"

Currently I'm watching a football game with one of my best friends Michael but the only reason I came was to watch Savannah. 

She's a cheerleader. 

And she's gorgeous.

"Well look who came for a visit, Designated Danny!" Michael said, estatic.

"Savannah sent me," When Danny said that I almost jumped out of my seat.

He looked over at me, "To talk to Michael," he looked between us "in private."

Emerald's p.o.v

"David come with me so we can get closer!" I said while pulling my boyfriend David closer to the stage.

"But Emerald we wont be able to talk up there!" He complained.

"We talked in the car! C'mon!"

David pulled me away from the band and towards the stranded bar.

"David, what are you doing?"

"Emerald I want to talk to you." He grabbed my hand and sat down at a table.

"What's wrong babe?"

"You just don't share the same interests with me Emerald."

"What?" Oh no.

"You don't believe in the same stuff I do." Oh god.

"Are you talking about that bitch who had the presentation about saving lab rats because David I-"

"Stephanie had really valid points. I believe strongly in this and as my girlfriend you should at least support it!"

"If your not going to put effort into at least pretending to like the things I like then why should I do the same to you!"

"Emerald, I think we need to break up." No.

"Don't you dare leave me for that science whore David, don't you dare!" I yell with tears streaming down my face by now.

"I should go..." I stared at his retreating back with tears streaming down my face in the back of a shady bar at a music venue cursing the science bitch for making my boyfriend break up with me.

Ashton's p.o.v

I looked up to see Michael coming to sit next to me

"So what'd he say?" I said with excitement clearly visible in my facial expressions.

"He said that Savannah told him to ask me what you would think of asking her to the dance."

"Oh my god." 

"Yea,"

"Michael I'm internally screaming so loud right now do you understand." I was going to start hyperventilating if I didn't calm down.

"Yea man I would be too if I we- oh shit man look!"

I looked up so quick I could've gotten whiplash and I saw Bryce Williams literally falling on Savannah while trying to intercept a pass from the other team.

He laid on top of her for what seemed like hours.

"Mike what is he doing?" I said panicking.

He got up several seconds later and started playing again like it never happened.

I didn't miss the several glances he sent her way throughout the game though.

NEXT MORNING

Emerald's p.o.v

Fuck David I'm hungry. It's breakfast time.

Milk. Milk. Milk. Where the fuck is the milk? I want to eat my cereal.

I look out the back doors to see my mom talking to Ashton's dad about milk.

"Come on mom, bring in the milk. Bring in the milk. Come on you can do it." 

Walking outside not caring that I'm wearing literal trash I went up to my mom at the fence.

"Come on mom I would enjoy milk in my cereal." 

"Oh yea here Em-"

"Hey dad can I borrow your-"We all looked at Ashton who made a surprise appearance. "-phone charger." He said finishing his sentence

Ashton and I shared a look.

"Yea sure." His dad said.

"Hey what happened to you guys?" Oh god mom please don't start.

"Yea you guys used to be best friends what happened?" His dad questioned finishing my moms thought.

We stared at each other.

"High School happened." Ashton said before we both walked away.

Great, now I'm in an extra bitchy mood today.

OK OKOK OKO OKO KO KO THERES GOING TO BE EXTREMELY SLOW UPDATES CUZ SCHOOL AND IM PROCRASTINATING MY HOMEWORK RN BUT THIS STORY LINE HAS BEEN INSPIRED BY THE MOVIE DRIVE ME CRAZY. ITS A VERY GOOD MOVIE I RECOMMEND U WATCH IT. THE CHARACTERS ARE SWITCHED AND SOME THINGS ARE TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER BUT I PROMISE I WILL TRY MY BEST TO MAKE IT GOOD OK GOODBYE.
