The Next Clue

After the big lecture Torry had given me, we finally decided to move on, we started walking through a deserted land with nothing visible, then,
"I am soo hungry !!" I wined.
Then we heard Shelbie shout and poiting at an orange tree.
"Look!!"
We all ran towards it, then plopped ourselves under the shade of the tree, we started to collect some oranges, we started to eat them, as I loved oranges I ate as many as I could, then while eating an orange I bit into one, and I yelled,
"Ouch!"
"What?"asked Tessie
"The orange!" I told her.
"What about it?" Said Tessie.
"Look!"I showed her the orange.
It was a dummy! Tessie took it and broke it into half, there was a paper inside it, she took it out and read,

You have come a long way,
Right into the RAY.
be aware of some extinct,
Now you will know.

We all looked at her,
"Its the next clue!" Said Torry in excitement.
We looked at the clue, I didn't understand what the Ray was, I looked at Tessie,
"What do you think the Ray meant?"
"Umm, I don't know." She said.
"Guess I read about it somewhere."said Shelbie.
"It said that it was invented by someone called Colonel McCartney, it was a very dangerous place, it was unique and had something which helped keeping the extinct alive." Shelbie said.
"I guess the thing which keeps the extinct alive is the treasure!"I said.
"Yeah!"Torry said.
