Lucy's POV
I was overly ecstatic for tonight. Today is me and my Stingy-Wingy's (A\N IM SORRY I SOUND STUPID WRITING THIS, I KNOW) 2 year anniversary! To make things even better was that it was my birthday today! Now I can't wait to see him! He told me to meet him at Crocus Park at around sunset. CRAP! I'm late! Better get dressed!
-EXTREMELY SUBTLE 2 HOUR TIME SKIP-
OK, so I MAY have been overreacting and got to the park 10 minutes ahead of time. Eh. I can wait. I could see some blonde dude with his arm draped around a short- white haired girl. D'awww... They make an adorable couple. They kind of remind me of me and Sti- WAIT! WHAT THE HELL? ISN'T THAT BLONDIE STING?! I decided to follow them around a while, not wanting to jump into any conclusions. Like if she was a cousin I didn't know about or something. I see their faces come close together. That's it. I'm confronting Sting right now.
"STING YOU TWO TIMING BEE!" Okay, I admit, I lost it. I saw the shocked look on his face, like he had just seen a ghost.
"Uh, h-hey, L-Lushee-"
"DON'T YOU 'HEY LUCY' ME, TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON RIGHT NOW!"
"Uh, Sting, who is she?", I heard the girl beside him say.
"Stay back, Yukino, I'll handle this."
"EXPLAIN. RIGHT. NOW." I manage to say through my gritted teeth.
"I think we should break up." He said it like it was nothing.
And this is where hell ensued.
"STING, DO YOU KNOW WHAT DAY IT IS TODAY?"
"Um, I dunno, July the 1st?"
At this point I had tears streaming down my face. I gave his worthless face a good slap, and headed off. All I want now is a place far away from Sting and my feelings. I could hear him calling my name, but I didn't care where I was going. I didn't care if I got raped or kidnapped, I just wanna be away from it all, away from him.
I could hear that Yukino girl screaming harsh profanities at him and yelling at him about not telling her that he had a girlfriend already and other shit like that about being dishonest. I then heard Sting shriek, most likely from being kicked in the one place where the sun doesn't shine. I snicker at the thought of it. That asshole deserves all he's getting, anyway.
Welp, tonight was horrible and I'll probably end up crying myself to sleep. Yet another wonderful day in the life of Lucy Heartfilia.
