Chapter 7 - you will undertsand

*Chelseas POV*

"Now where were we?" Shawn asked turning around so he could be facing me.
"Shawn at least let me grab her stuff." I said looking at him with anger and worry.
"You've got 20 minutes." He said looking at his watch.
"Melody honey come here," I said opening my arms so I could pick Melody up.
"Listen honey mommy has a few business to take care of, so you're gonna spend some time with your daddy okay? It's gonna be fun and you're gonna love it! He has a dog, a pool, and lots more." I said to Melody smiling at her.
"Okay mommy. But when are you coming to visit?" She asked me, and that almost made me cry.
"I don't know honey, but just remember that mommy loves you okay?" I said, and once she nodded I put her down ,and started walking towards her room so I could pack her suit case.
*Flash back*
"You can't be serious!" I yelled at Cameron. I can't believe how could he? How dare he!
"I'm as serious as I'll ever be I want full custody of melody." He said to me his hard stare making my knees weak. I just wanted to curl in a ball and cry my eyes out.
"But Cameron I'm the one who raised her. I am the one who taught her how to walk, talk, how to use the bathroom and now you just want to take her away from me?!" I screamed at him holding myself back so I wouldn't slap him in the face.
"Yes, so you understand?" He asked me fixing his fancy suit.
"Go to hell!" I screamed at him raising my hand, but he caught it before I could slap him.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you." He said looking into my eyes and bringing his face closer.
"See if you have to left me we wouldn't have to be doing this." He said bringing his lips towards mine ,but I jerked my hand before he could make any mouth contact with me.
"If you hadn't cheated on me I wouldn't have left you asshole." I said walking away from him.
*Present time*
"5 minutes" Shawn screamed reminding me of the case I lost, the fact that I won't be seeing melody for 9 years, and that I will be alone forever.
"Mommy the guy in the living room is being really mean." Melody said walking into the room and hugging my legs.
"I know baby, but you have to be tough remember?" I asked her looking into her eyes, and she just nodded.
"Okay well let's change you these clothes look a little uncomfortable." I said grabbing a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie. I took out her school uniform as fast as I could and put her sweats on. Then I grabbed a pair of fluffy socks and white converse and put it on her.
"Now it's time for the curly mess." I said smiling, and she giggled. I started taking out the bobby pins and then took out the hair tie. As soon as I did that her hair fell in a perfect wave, her baby hair framing her face while the rest fell in her back.
"Three minutes." Shawn yelled again, and I just rolled my eyes.
"Now let's brush your teeth and take your medicine." I said as I grabbed her hand and started walking towards the bathroom.
"2 minutes Chelsea!" Shawn yelled again, and I swear if it wasn't illegal he would be falling from the stair cases right now.
"Okay baby just brush it really quick while I go get your medicine okay?" I asked and before she could answer I was running towards my room to get her medicine.
"Lord help me." I muttered under my breath.
I grabbed her medicine bottle and popped two pills on to my hand one for me and one for her. The reason why Melody has to take medicine is because I just recently found out that she has anxiety so if she doesn't take it every three days she will probably have an anxiety attack, and I don't want that to happen.
"Okay times up come on melody." Shawn yelled, and I swear my heart stopped for a second.
