Chapter 4

Chapter 4; Keep an Eye on Her
Kylie's POV~

I woke up and got dressed in my clothes for day two of bootcamp, I was more sore than I had ever been. I put a hair tie around my wrist for later.

I was in the commons waiting for Abigail, because she basically threatened me if I left before her. Someone sat in the armchair across the room. I looked up.

"Hey Christian." I said. He looked up from his phone.

"What! I thought you were someone else!" He said, I gave him a confused look.

"I didn't notice your hair, did you cut it?" He asked. I didn't realize I had it in a bun the whole time I've been here.

"Oh, yeah I cut it over the holidays. I just threw it up in a bun this whole time." I said.

"I like it." He said, I blushed.

"So what are you doing about the... Emily situation." I said whispering her name.

"I decided to break it off with her, I couldn't handle leaving all my friends just for a girl I've only known for two days." He replied.

"TWO DAYS!?" I yelled.

"Oh... I forgot it mention that..." He replied laughing nervously.

"Oh my god Christian!" I said face palming myself. Sammy came down and sat next to me on the couch.

"Your-"

"Yes, I cut my hair over the holidays." I said, cutting Sammy off, Christian and I laughed. Sammy did also.

"So I'm guessing you two made up?" He asked, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Oh my- not that way, we are friends again though." I replied, laughing. Sammy kept looking at my hair. I sighed.

"Okay." I said. Sammy started touching my hair.

"It's so soft!" He exclaimed.

"Really?" Christian asked, he got up and started touching my hair.

"Guys!" I yelled, laughing.

"What is going on?" A sharp voice cut through the air, a voice that belonged to the one and only Abigail Armstrong.

"Feel her hair it's soft!" Sammy said. Abigail walked over and starts touching my hair.

"Oh my gosh!" She exclaimed.

"Okay, okay! That's enough!" I said, I got up and moved a little ways from the couch. I tied my hair up in a high pony tail.

"Awww!" They all moped in unison.

"Come on, we'll be late." I said. They shrugged and followed me.

I had ran into Grace, I told her to put her evil face on and to keep and eye on her, you all should know who I'm talking about, but for a refresher its Emily.

We went to all our classes for the day, and during our lunch time, Christian found Emily and broke it off. She was pretty mad but Christian seemed really happy about it.

All four of us, plus Tara and Grace so technically six, were sitting in the commons watching a scary movie. Christian and I sat next to each other- more like cuddled next to each other on one end of the couch, Sammy and Abigail cuddled on the other end. Tara sat in one armchair while Grace sat in the other, they both shielded their faces with pillows. Later, Ethan and Ollie came by, I haven't seen Ollie in a while but we were good acquaintances. Ethan and Ollie sat on the floor, and they usually laughed at the girls who shrieked at the jump scares and threw popcorn at them, which was basically all the girls including me, but I avoided the popcorn by hiding my head under the blanket Christian and I shared.

All the sudden, someone is behind the couch and says.

"So you dumped me for this skank?!" The person yelled. I immediately knew it was Emily. When she said this skank she pulled my hair. I let out a yelp. All the guys stood up in my defense.

"It just didn't feel right with you, we got together after two days." Christian said.

"So you're back with this slut?" She asked, the words stung.

"We aren't together." Christian said in defense.

"I think you should leave." Sammy said, he is always such the big brother. She glared at everyone before storming off.

We all looked back at the tv only to see the credits roll up the screen. We all sighed.

"We should be getting to bed anyways." Abigail said, she got up and hugged Sammy before going to her room. The rest of us agreed, as we filed up the stairs and into our separate rooms.
