"Reita-kuuuu~n!" Jae shouted, running towards the male who was asleep under a shady tree.
Heaving a heavy sigh, the pink haired male took an earbud out and opened one eye. In front of him, sat Gokudera Jae.
Jae and Reita were childhood friends, though they were separated for a while since Jae went to study abroad in Korea.
"What is it?" Reita grumbled, waiting impatiently for her to answer.
"Gosh, you're always so mean!" The silverette frowned. She pulled out a fancy envelope from her bag, and handed it to Reita, who lazily read it while laying down.
"Miss Gokudera, we would like to invite you to enroll in Mioda Academy. We understand your academic skill is beyond that of your peers, and would like for you to attend our school. If possible, we would like for you to contact us as soon as possible so we may even roll you into our spring term. Thank you." He read aloud.
"Isn't it great?!" The girl exclaimed happily, clapping her hands together like an excited child.
Reita turned to give Jae a sharp glare, causing her to flinch.
"So you plan on separating with me again, even though you just came back?" He scoffed, and stood up. "Fine, do as you want. Not like I give two shits." As he walked away, he tossed the letter back to Jae.
"Reita..." Jae watched as he disappeared into the school building.

"I'm home." Reita sighed, kicking off his shoes at the genkan.
"Welcome home, Reita-kun!" Haru greeted happily, sticking her head out from the kitchen. "I'm making beef stew for dinner!"
"Not eating." He shrugged, and walked upstairs to his bedroom.
"Hahi! What's gotten into him?" Haru raised an eyebrow. Oh well, no time to worry about that! I've gotta cook!"

"So you told him?" Tae asked, sitting down on her daughter's bed. Jae nodded silently, staring at the letter in her hands.
"That little shit. I oughta beat him up!" Gokudera growled angrily, clenching his fists. "Can't be just be happy for you?! Grrrr! I'm getting pissed now!"
Tae rolled her eyes and ignored her short tempered husband, continuing to comfort her daughter.
"I'm sure he'll come to understand soon. Just give it some time." She assured, running Jae's back gently.
"I hope so." Jae sighed. "After all, entrance exams are in a week."
