Fallen- Prologue

I opened my eyes to the bright light that illuminated my surroundings. I heard a moan of pain escape from my dry lips. I tried to stand up, but was too weak.

Get up, I encouraged myself.

I pressed my hands on the ground and used them to push my self up. My eyes were still squinted as I got up and looked around me. Trees stood up around me, firm in their place. My bare feet touched dirt and moss, but it didn't bother me.

Nothing did, but the sun. But that was only because it held the intense heat that reminded me of where I truly belonged. I saw the trees move as wind flew threw them, making the leaves dance along in the silent melody.

My dirty blond hair moved along with it, but I didn't actually feel it as it touched my skin. I was fully nude, except for the lazy silk wrapped around my hips. The pain in my back was almost unbearable. In reflect, I reached back to caress my white wings, but my hands touched nothing. My wings were gone; for now.

I walked through the dense forest. Every sound was heard; every sight was seen with amazing detail. No human would be able to see like this ever. I walked around until I found the forest getting lighter and lighter. The trees were slowly disappearing until I found it. The girl's house.

I felt myself getting excited now, finally knowing that everything would go back to how it used to be. I ran across the barren street until I found myself on the porch of the house. I was curious, actually, to know why her and her family had decided to live in a forest.

I mean, they didn't live too in, but there were still trees surrounding it and I couldn't help but let curiosity. There was a nice, trimmed front lawn and a stone passage to the front door of where I stood. There were two tall trees in the front, too.

The house was pretty nice. It was two stories and was colored with white and brown.

I walked to the side of the house and saw a window with light coming out of it. I could feel it, the blood, calling out to me. She was the descendant I had been waiting for all my life, the one that would finally free me from this cruel Earth.

All I had to do was one thing, just one. All I needed to was simple. Kill her.

Hey!

This is Dori!

I know its short, but its just the prologue.

Me and my friend (Sarah) came up with this when she drew an angel. (BTW, she can draw really good!)

This is Sarah's first time on Wattpad, so let's give her a good first time, yeah?!
