Your POV

After a certain incident with the freckled face that they all call Fire Fist Ace, I have been invited to join the Whitebeard pirates because Ace think that he was responsible. Ever since then every time I were to see Ace my face would heat up and couldn't help but look away from him, I don't know why and I don' t know if he ever notice it or not because he have never said anything to me before. Ace seem to ask me to hang with him when he's around the ship but it never goes well because he would either have to leave for a mission or I was too embarrass to show up. Because he has to go on missions a lot we've never really get to spend that much time together even though both me and Ace wants to. I was sitting in the kitchen it was almost time for dinner until I heard Marco shouts "Everyone Ace is back!!" I was so happy to hear him coming back safe.

"Yosh I'm gonna do it this time, I'm going to ask him to spend time together" At least that's what I planned. The second Ace comes into the kitchen my face flush and I sit back down. I was embarrass and then I hear footsteps coming towards me "(Y/N), I'm back it's nice to see u again" my eyes open wide and my face still flushing "A-Ace, w-welcome back" I'm a total coward and then as soon as I finish dinner I went out to get some air, well mostly cause Ace was sitting next to me at the table.

"Huh this is relaxing" I took a deep breath

"Why are you running (Y/N), aren't you glad to see me" eh what was that, don't tell me then I turn around to find Ace my eyes were as wide as possible and my face heat up again

"A-Ace what are you doing here" I am screwed why did he follow me out here

"I just wanted to check on you, see what you're up too" he said calmly comparing to me

"Well I'm sorry if you're worried but I just wanted some fresh air that's all" I'm trying to calm down right now but it won't work

"(Y/N) I have a question for you" he said still calm

"Hmp....what is it, I'll gladly answer"

"Well do you not like me because it seems that every time I try to be close to you you always seem to be trying to get away" he said frowning a bit now. Oh shit what should I do he thinks I don't like him because I ran away from him a bunch of times "Oh n-n-noooo.......it's not like that" not sure what to say I spout that at him but the frown on his face is still there "Then why (Y/N) tell me why would you not want to stay near me" I can feel the sadness in his voice. What should I do I don't want anything bad to happen between us, I want to say something but I can't just say I love you to his face it's embarrassing "Uh.....um......I just" I can't think of anything to tell him, why can't I make an excuse up when I need to.

What should I do I was trying to say it but I couldn't "I see so you can't tell me why huh" Ace face frown even more "Good night (Y/N) I'll be going to bed now" and then he started walking away, I can tell that he's hurt and instead of doing anything I just froze there. 'What've I done, I've hurt Ace' I was not having an easy time in my head but I was fighting it and was trying to say it out loud.

And at last I thought in my mind 'If I don't say it, I'll never be able to face Ace in the future again "I LOVE YOU ACE!!!" I shout out to him my face flushed as hack as he turn around his face seem to be surprise and he just stood there as if he doesn't believe me and so I walk closer to him again trying to calm myself down but my face is still flushing like crazy "Don't believe me huh...." And the second my face was in reach with his I quickly put my lips on to his, Ace just stood there but after a bit he pull me into a more deep and passionate kiss and I quit enjoy it that his soft lips were on mine. After a few second we pull out and was panting for air and then Ace said this "(Y/N) I love you too" I was so happy to hear that. Well I couldn't ask him to spend time with me but I guess in the end it all worked out.
And I pulled him into a tight warm hug.
