.::Skye::.

I had at least five bags filled, in each hand. "Can we sit at the food court because I cannot make it to the store" Bre said, sitting.

I sat in the opposite seat and looked down through the glass at the first floor. "So how's Jacob doing with taking care of the baby?" She asked.

"Uhm..Ray takes care of Kayla" I mumbled. "Why..." She said slowly.

"Because..it's his".

She slammed on the table. "SKYE YOU DIDN'T TELL HIM IT'S JACOBS?!" She yelled. I looked around and saw people looking. Bre noticed too. "Turn around! Ain't nobody asked you to look". I laughed. "Skye..what happens when Mickayla grows up and Ray realizes she looks like Jacob. I'm surprised he didn't figure it out. Kayla has his eyes". I nodded.

"I don't know when to tell him without him getting mad" I chewed my lip. "Skye either way he's gonna get mad. One, you got him taking care of a baby that isn't even his. Two, you lied to him about it, and I bet he's still upset that you slept with Jacob". "Way to make a bitch feel better" i burried my head in my elbows.

"Girl, im sorry but you got yourself into deeper shit then you were in" she rummaged through her bag. "Ray would leave me though" i whinned. "Listen to me, Skye. If Ray is using this baby as a excuse to break up with you, then he isnt the guy for you. I would want to get in good graces with Jacob so when he does find out, hes willing to take care of the baby. And i dont mean good graces like sleeping with him. I mean, be nice. Be his friend" she popped a gum and chewed.

"I dont love that knappy ass head boy jacob!" i yelled. We broke down and lauged as everyone else looked. "TURN AROUND!" We both yelled and laughed harder.

"Ok, but thats not what i asked you to hang out for" she changed the subject. I whipped a tear from laughing. "I got great news" she shook in her seat. "What? You got a vibrator up in that coochie?". She rolled her eyes. "No.." she said innocently, moving her left hand to the napkins. I looked at her hand and saw a big ass ring. "OH MY FUCKING JESUS!" I yelled, grabbing her hand and looking at that ring like it was Gods hand. "Who the fuck gave you this?".

"Diggy"

My eyes widned. "Wow. Congrats Bre" i leaned over and hugged her. I was so happy that she was getting married to Diggy. "Thanks. I want you to be my maid of honor" she said.

"I would love to. When's the wedding?" I asked, bitting my lip. "Well" she moaned "Its not until he finishes tour. This years tour. So next year. He just proposed to show he's committed to me" she put her hand on her heart and admired the ring. "Aw! Bre I'm so happy for you" I hugged her again.

"Thanks girl. So where's Ray?".

"He went to look at houses. Jacob is being too much and we want to move on from the house and let it just be me, Ray, and Kayla" I explain, biting my lips. "I really think you should tell Ray soon". "I will. Just not now...".

I took a gum and chewed it, looking back down. "Ok Skye. We should get going".

.:At The Crib:.

I opened the door and the house wasn't noised with loud shooting video games or baby crying. I checked my phone as I shut the door behind me.

Ray- Ill pick up Kayla on the way

I shoved my phone back in my bag. "Anyone home?" I looked around. "I'm home".

I looked up at the steps as Jacob leaned on the railing. I rolled my eyes. "Hi Jake".

He slid down the railing and jumped up. "How are you doing this beautiful day?" He said. I backed up as I noticed his insanely retarded smile. I laughed as he cracked out the smile and laughed with me.

"This is the nicest you've been to me since the tour. Why so mean Skye?" He said with puppy eyes. "Awh" I cupped his face. "Because".

I let go and walked into the kitchen. He ran in and followed me but sat in the chair. "Because of what?". "You know I'm with Ray, and I have a kid, yet you still try to get in my pants. Jacob, that was a one time thing. It meant nothing, was nothing" I said. His smile suddenly turned into a blank expression. He's eyes filled with pain. "Don't you see, Skye" he paused to close his eyes. "I'm in love with you...".

There was an awkward silence.

"In love. I can't go one dream without you in it, one thought without you in it, a life, without you in it" he walked over and grabbed my hand.

" I love you and I wish Mickayla was my child so we could be together".

"Jacob..I-"

"No, I know. Your with Ray and I should respect that, and I will. Just know that I'm still your shoulder to cry on and your best friend" he kissed me on my cheek softly and then walked upstairs. "Me and Ray are moving!" I blurted.

There was no movement or sound. "You are..." He said, weakly. "Yes...as soon as he finds a place".

Jacob slowly walked toward me and grabbed my face. "Skye please don't leave me. Please please please" he said. "Jacob, stop" I said, pushing him off gently.

He grabbed my waist and pulled me in. "Jacob!".

He started kissing me and unbuttoning my jacket. "Stop!" I cried. He pushed me to the wall and pinned my hands above my head. "Stop!!!!".

The door swung open as Ray Ray came in with Kayla. Jacob immediately got off me and backed a fair distance away. "What's going on?" Ray said slowly, setting Kayla's car seat down. "Nothing. Just discussing tours" I lied, grabbing the car seat. "Talk upstairs?".

He nodded, still looking at Jacob and walked with me.

"I have something to tell you" I mumbled. "Me too.." He said disappointed. "You first".

He sighed then twiddled with his finger. "I couldn't find a place. The good ones are way over our budget and the small ones are good prices but rent goes high every month". I shook my head. "Guess we have to stay here for a while" he said. I nodded as I saw the disappointment in his expression. "Ok my news..I just wanted to say..." My heart pounded and my mind visioned what might happen.

"That..Mickayla..is.." I looked at him as he looked concerned. "Is...Gaining a lot of weight". He smiled and picked her up out of her seat. "Aw. My little girl is getting big" he kissed her and walked out the room, not knowing he's holding another man's baby.
