Chapter 15!

Yall so Can't Sleep Love is Muh jam. Anyone else? Also sorry for not updating!!! I've been super busy with school and homework and life in general! I also got to go to a PTX Abi Ann Kelly Clarkson and Eric Hutchinson concert and I met my online best friend there! ( reilly00 )We closed the gap!  I was on cloud nine!!!!

Also I'm writing all this from my moms experience and what they did to get rid of her cancer. So please don't tell me any of this is wrong. This is just my moms experience! There are other ways to get rid of kidney cancer but this is my MOMs experience! Now that I have my rant thing over with, onto the story!

Mitch's POV

Also for those who are confused they are in college as of now!

I'm so nervous for surgery. I don't know what to think of it? How did I even get Kidney cancer? I'm scarred but I need to get rid of it.

*time for surgery*

I had to be to the hospital super early in the morning. 5:30. Who does that!?! Who makes someone get up and be to the hospital at 5:30? But anyway I got there and that's all the matters to me.

I couldn't sleep well last night. It was too hard to get to sleep! Because of how nervous I was. But I know we have to do this and that its for the best. As I'm waiting to go back to get ready for surgery I hold Scott's hand as tight as I can. I'm so glad he's here to help support me. Everyone should have a Scott! (Seriously though I want a scott)

"Mr. Grassi?" Well it's time.

*After Surgery*

I'm still a littttlleeeee llllouppy from the liquidy stuff the doctor gave me! It's funnnnnny! 

(Picture Mitch saying these words in a silly voice being funny and having a slight giggle toward it)

"HEY!! Hi Scotty!! I need to tell you somethinggggggg"

"Yes sweetheart?" Scott replied.

Mitch grabbed Scott's hands and held them close to his heart.

"I really love you! You know that?"

Scott did a small side smile and slightly laughed at how cute Mitch was being right now. But when is he not cute!?!

"I know sweetheart." Scott said kindly.

Mitch smiled then slowly drifted off to sleep.

*1 Day after surgery*

"Mr. Grassi you are free to leave! " man I'm so excited to hear those words!!!! I get to go home and live a normal life again! Well other than me being not able to lift anything over than 10 pounds... But that's fine cuz I have Scott to help me!

Scott has been super sweet! I still have trouble walking and he walks with me wherever I need to be! He's such a kind soul!

Anyway the surgery went well and I'll be getting better everyday! I'm just glad to be going home!

*3 months after surgery*

So now everything is back to normal which is FANTASTIC! I'm glad to be back in the swing of things! Scott and I have been together every day! And who wouldn't want that! I'm just excited because he asked me out on a date tonight! Ahhhhh!!!! We haven't gone on one in forever! We are leaving at 7:00 so I have plenty of time to- AHHHHH!!!!! I HAVE 30 MINUTES TO GET READY! Oh no no no! Momma needs more time!!!!

I hurried and out on my black ripped jeans blue/black flannel with my new black raised shoes! I hurried and put on my make up and did my hair. Right as I finished scott knocked on my door.

I opened it and greeted him with a smile! Boy am I lucky to have such an amazing guy like him! He looked so amazing! 😻

We arrived at Olive Garden (one of my faves) and got settled at our table. We got to ordering and we got our favorite foods!

"Scott thanks for taking me out tonight! I'm having a lot of fun! I've missed this." I smiled.

"We needed this you know? It's been stressful for the past couple months. I figured we needed a little time to ourselves." Scott then grabbed Mitch's hand. "Hey umm, Mitch?" "Yes?" I questioned.

"So Mitch we have been dating for a long time now, and I love you with all my heart. You are so beautiful inside and out. And I want to spend the rest of my life with you. So Mitchell Coby Michael Grassi will you marry me?" With that scott got down on one knee and held open a ring box. I burst out into tears!

"Yes! Yes of corse!!! I love you!"

Scott and I then had a huge hug. I was going to marry my best friend. I love him and he loves me.
