"R-Rin?" Haru gasped, "you were dead!" Rin narrowed his eyes at Makoto, grasping Haru's arm.
"We have to go. I don't know how long he'll stay down." Haru nodded, standing on unsteady feet and following Rin outside.
He took in a sharp breath, realizing where they were. "The old swim club?" He whispered, looking to Rin who nodded slightly.
"Yeah, hekept you hear after.... After he tried to kill us." Rin grasped Haru's arm, pulling him to his feet.
"Get moving! Sousuke is waiting outside." Haru moved as fast as he could, running to the truck where Sousuke was waiting, tapping his fingers loudly on the steering wheel.
"It's been nearly a month, Haru. I've missed you so much." Rin murmured as they got into the car, his lips pressing soft against Haru's forehead.
"I'll keep you safe, I promise."
