-next morning-

Dylans pov

I woke up with ross arms around me. I scoot out of his arms carefully so i didnt wake him up and made breakfest

Ross pov

I wake up to someone shaking me. I groan and open my eyes to see Anna. "What's up baby girl?" I asked closing my eyes again.

"had a bad dream" she said

Picks her up and lays her next me wrapping my arms around her. "What was it about?"

"Momma go away"

"She's not gonna go anywhere. I'm gonna protect you both no matter what" i said and kisses her head

"Daddy?"

"Yea baby?" I say

"What happeneds after a person dies?"

"Why are you asking that Anna? How do you even know about that?" I ask

"Uncle riker talks about u and me and mommy dieing" she said

"THAT IS IT" I yelled grabbing my car keys. "DYLAN I'LL BE RIGHT BACK" i yelled mad. I didnt even notice anna start crying. She always gets scared when i yell

I slam the door shut and jump in my car. I then drive to the house and run upstairs to Riker's room. He was making out with hope. Ugh

I push him off and start punching him. "HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT MY FAMILY DIEING" I yelled as I punch him

He just stared and me and hope called the cops. What is her problem

I continue to punch him until everyone came up with the cops. The cops took me into the car and drove me to the station and into the room when i got my one call

I dial Dylan's number.
"Hello?" I hear dylans voice

"Dylan it's me" i say

"Ross? Whats wrong?" She asked

"I'm in jail"

"What! What happened?? Im coming to bail you out" she said

"Please hurry"

"Okay"

Dylans pov

I hung up the phone and grabbed annas hand and walked to the car. Since rydels 7 months pregnant her and Ratliff got there own house and i drop her by rydels. I dont want her to see her dad in jail. I wonder what ross did. Riker probably blamed it on him cause the ross i know wouldn't hurt anyone. I pulled into the parking lot and went inside. I walked to the bail out table

"May I help you" the lady said rudley

"Yes bail out ross lynch" i said giving her the white girl body scan i give most people

"That'll be 5,000 dollars"

I nodded and tried to be nice about her fat "here" i give her with a fake smile

Rolls her eyes. "You could find him yourself"

"I will. And may i suggest weight watchers." I said walking away to find ross

"BABY!" Ross hugged me tight and i hugged back

"Before we go I wanna say something to the cop that arrested me"

I nodded and followed him

Ross pov

"Before you even arrest me you should ask me what happened because you arrested the wrong guy. You should've arrested my fucking brother"

"Ya okay. Whatever." The cop said and rolled his eyes

"SERIOUSLY!? HE'S THE ONE WHO IS TRYING TO KILL MY FAMILY! HE'S THE ONE WHO BLEW UP OUR FUCKING HOUSE! AND MY ONE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WOKE ME UO ASKING WHERE PEOPLE GO WHEN THEY DIE!? AND RIKER TOLD HER THAT MY FAMILY IS GONNE DIE!" I yelled trying not to punch him

He looked shocked. "Fill out this form plz" he gave me a form

"Why?" I ask

"Police report" he said

I grab the form and sign it quickly then I give it back. "Thanks" I say politely

"Okay now u and her get out she made the front desk lady cry. No one ever did that"

"How the fuck did she do that? She probably didn't even do it"

"I did" she admitted

"Well I don't blame her. You people are rude around here"

"She gave her a body scan and told her to try weight watchers and we are the mean ones?"

"Yea and I think my wife had a pretty good reason for her to say that"

"All annie said was may i help you"

Looks at Dylan. "Was she rude to you?"

"Im not saying anything i would like to stay out of jail" she said

"Just tell me" i said

"Yea she was" she said and we both ended up back in the jail cell

"You had to report riker" she said

"SERIOUSLY DYLAN!?" I yelled making everyone look at us and she just looked down

"AFTER EVERYTHING HE PUT US THROUGH!? OF COURSE I REPORTED HIM! BUT THEY WON'T ARREST HIM WHEN THEY SHOULD!"

"OKAY JUST SHUT UP!" She screamed back and i slapped her.
