I know this is really dramatic for a couple who's only been dating for a day, but I had nothing else to write about. My apologies. -Z
Waking up next to Nick is one thing, but waking up to Nick kissing you, is a whole different experience. He started behind my ear, hovering over me as he pecked the soft spot with his lips. I pretended to stay asleep so I could enjoy the moment.
Then he went to my jaw, kissing it more firmly then before. Next he went down my neck, lightly sucking on my skin and nibbling at my collarbone. At this point it was hard to stay still. The lower he got, the more I had to resist the urge to run my hands through his hair. I think he noticed my resistance, because I felt him smirk against me and then lower himself even more.
He sat back to pull the covers away, then returned to his original position on top of me, but a lot lower then he was before. By now his head was at my stomach, hands under my tank top, lifting it up so he could kiss the skin just under my bra. My fingers slightly gripped the sheets as he got lower and lower. Nick pressed delicate kisses down my stomach as he reached behind me and lifted me up a little. One hand under me, another gripping onto my side.
My heart started beating faster at the thought of him possibly removing my pants and going lower then anyone has ever gone before. Was I ready for that? If you were to ask me this 2 days ago I would have said hell no. I would never let a guy I just met two days ago into my pants, but now, at this moment, Nicks hands, lips, and body, was so irresistible that I wasn't sure if I would stop him or not.
Nicks sudden grip on my pants sends a gasp out my mouth. My eyes fly open and look down at him, seeing that he was already looking back at me, eyes squinting due to the huge smile on his face. His lips were placed just above my pants when he laughed, sending a thrilling vibration through my body. He sits up and hooks a hand under my knee, pulling me towards and under him, bitting his lip.
"I knew you were awake." He smiles.
Before I could say anything, his mouth connects with mine. I hum in pleasure and run my fingers through his hair. He responds with a low groan, pressing his body down harder. His eagerness making it so hard to not want more of him.
Just as I thought that I couldn't handle it anymore, Nicks arm slides behind my lower back and lifts me. His hips rock into mine, nearly sending me over the edge.
I grip his shirt and pull him closer, encouraging him to go on. He places his hand on my side and glides it downward. It moves to my lower stomach, right above my belly button. Then he hesitates, wondering if he should go further or not. I lift my hips, pressing my stomach harder onto his hand and moving just enough for it to slip right above my pants, hoping that would be enough permission to make him go further. After what feels like an eternity, Nicks hand gradually makes his way into the thin cotton. But just as he's about to touch the one spot I've been begging for, his fucking phone rings.
He jerks up in surprise, wondering where the noise came from. But then it rings again and he looks at his nightstand, where his phone is laying.
"Are you fucking kidding me?" Nick says, not trying to hide his frustration.
I giggle, finding it amusing at how upset he got that our moment was ruined. But to be honest, I was upset too. It was a pretty awesome moment.
He squints his eyes at me playfully.
"I'm not done with you" He points at me, still straddling my hips. Nick reaches over and grabs his phone angrily.
"What?" He says in an annoyed voice.
The smile on my face instantly vanishes when a high pitch voice exits through the phone. A girl is calling him. The only thing that doesn't make me too uncomfortable is the look of non-interest on Nicks face.
"Caitlin?" He asks confused.
My breathing stops. Not only is a girl calling him, but it just so happens to be my worst enemy. The one girl who makes my life a living hell is calling my boyfriend. The thought of having to compete with someone like Caitlin strikes fear in my heart. My mind wanders off to the first day Nick and I met, when he yelled at those people at lunch for starring at us, and how they immediately looked away. The school obviously knows who Nick Robinson is, and Richard made it very clear that he's banged more then a few girls.
Oh my god, how many girls has he had in this exact bed with him? Doing much more then what Nick and I have just been doing not a few seconds ago. The thought made me sick. But then I realized... Caitlin isn't dating Nick, I am. But why the hell is she calling him?
Nick pinches his nose. "Ah, right. I forgot about that. Yea Ill be there. Yes, I promise." His eyes connect to mine and he must see the discomfort in them because he tilts his head, mouthing whats wrong.
I shake my head and mouth, nothing, and I push him off of me. When I get off the bed he grabs my hand, not letting me leave.
"Hey I gotta go. Ill see you at 9" He says and hangs up.
Once I hear him hang up I turn around and cross my arms.
"Caitlin? Really?" I ask, clearly agitated.
"Yea, Caitlin. Why?" He sits at the edge of the bed and pulls me in between his legs.
"What did she want?"
"She was reminding me of a party going on tonight. It'll be fun. We can dance all night, have a few drinks, make out a little." He smiles at the thought.
"Who? Me and you? Or you and Caitlin." I spit her name disgustingly.
Hurt flashes through Nicks eyes, then anger.
"Me and you. Why would you even ask that?" His voice raises in surprise.
"How could you still want to hang out with her after knowing everything she's put me through!" I yell in frustration. The hate I felt for Caitlin went beyond words. I knew what type of girl she was. She would try to snatch away her best friends boyfriend if it meant she'd get all the attention and would end up hurting someone. I couldn't even imagine what she would do if she found out Nick and I were dating. She'd turn him against me in seconds flat.
"Juliette, you know I'm never going to let her hurt you anymore. This is just a party! A place where we have fun and forget about all of our problems. Who cares if she wants to be apart of that? Hell, I wont deny it, Caitlin is fun to be around. She knows how to party and have a good time! Doesn't mean I'm going to make out with her!"
I push away from him and take a step back.
"Are you sure about that? Because I'm pretty sure your definition of 'having a good time' and 'forgetting about your problems' is of you taking home a girl and fucking her until you're both passed out on your bed. I wouldn't be surprised if Caitlin is your next victim. Or if you've ALREADY fucked her!" Okay. I'll admit it. I probably took that too far. But the fact that he said that she's fun to be around and knows how to have a good time just tells me that they've 'hung out' before. And that little fact sent all kinds of emotions through my body.
"You wanna know something!?" Nick stands up and towers over me. "I HAVE FUCKED HER. AND IT WAS PRETTY DAMN AWESOME, SO IF YOU INSIST ON ME DOING IT AGAIN, THEN MAYBE I WILL!"
And with that, Nick stomps out of the room, slams the door shut, and leaves me standing alone in the middle of his room, wondering what the hell I just did.
