Chapter 14 : Unexpected

Chase's POV :

When I saw Lana slapping Grace I just wanted to beat the crap out of that bitch! How dare she lay a hand on her ! Grace sprinted out of the cafeteria when I walked over to Lana.
"What the actual fuck Lana ? Learn to fucking respect people 1st bitch!" I was so mad that I literally shouted.

"What's wrong with you babe? Are you on that whores side ?" Lana fake pouted running her disgusting hands through my hair.

"Yes I am , you touch her again and you won't be alive ! " I threw her hands to the sides of the hips and walked out.

"Keep trying sweetheart! Your still a jerk to her ! And you aren't her knight of the shinning armor! " she shouted laughing and I sensed jealousy but I completely ignored her and ran outside. I Saw her down on her knees crying. I couldn't watch her cry. I maybe the biggest jerk but deep down I have feelings too.

I gently lifted her up and pulled her closer to my chest. It was raining but she didn't seem to care and neither did I . She looked up at me with her hazel brown eyes which were red and puffy. We just stood locking our eyes together. She suddenly hugged me and I didn't know what to do but I hugged her back.

"Shush , don't cry please I don't like when girls cry.." I whispered stroking her hair.
"I didn't... Kill him ... I'm sor---" Grace stammered sobbing hard.

"Shush .. I know" I hugged her tighter.

"Wanna get out here ?" I asked Grace and she nodded in agreement.
"By the way you look sexy when your wet" I winked and she whacked my head , I saw a small smile tugging at the end of her lips and that's exactly what I wanted to see.
"Ahh ... Jerk !!" Grace wrapped her arms around herself and walked off.
"I was kidding chill!" I laughed but she glared at me.

I pulled up where I usually come up when I'm sad. I found this when I lost her .. It was horrid , I girl I lost was , my thoughts were interrupted by Grace.

"Are you sure that you aren't an axe murderer?" Grace asked me poking.
"Oh no I am a murderer ! I'll kill you and throw you down this hill!" I whispered to Grace's ear which made her flinch.
"Not funny !" She shoved me but held onto my hand tight and I guess someone's scared.

" where are you taking me?"
"Rude much ?" I could hear Grace going on and on about how bad this place is and keeps asking way too much of questions but as usual I ignored them.
She awestricken by the beauty , all the questions disappeared.

"Wow it's beautiful!" She let go of my hand and walked over to the edge of  the cliff.
"I know just like you " I mummerEd to myself.

We spoke for sometime about my mom and how I found this place. I just couldn't keep my eyes off her , she's too beautiful to be on earth.

"Is it just me or are you really this beautiful?" I cupped her face and whispered. I could hear her heart beat fast.
"Uhh.. I don't know what to say " Grace was trying not to make any eye contact with me.
"You don't have to say anything Grace" I caressed her cheek.

I bought my face closer to hers and I knew she wasn't gonna pull away instead she closed her eye and leaned in and well it happened I Kissed her !! Her lips were just amazing and tasted like vanilla. I just wanted to kiss her more but this too was a big mistake! Your going to be in trouble Mr.O'Brien!

"Whoa... I'm sorry I wouldn't have done that " now it was me who was trying to avoid eye contact.
"Ah it's fine could you drop me home ?" I was fucking surprised that I wasn't slapped.
"Yeah sure "

I drop her and walked her to the front porch.
"Thank you!" She replied shyly.
"My pleasure baby doll!" I kissed her check and left with so many feeling going crazy on the inside !
I just got no idea on what the hell is happening to me.
