I flinch at the sight of the blood splattered on the wall behind Lizzie's head. Her body slumps and the gun hits the floor. Harry pulls me up as he slips the gun back into his belt. My hands shake and my head hurts.

I can hear my brother say her name. Oh my Lizzie, he said to me as tears rolled down his face. His coughing sounds through my skull.

"Get off me," I bite at Harry. He holds his hands up, staring at the ground. I push past him until I reach the hospital door.

"Hey, wait," he stops me. "I never got your name. I'd rather not call you Bike Girl. Or Tough Girl," he says, his eyes still on the floor.

"You just killed my brother's fiance. You don't deserve my name," I whisper.

"Wait a second. Your brother's what?" he says, panic in his voice. I won't tell him my brother is dead. Its kind of funny to see such a "tough guy" panic.

My anger and fear slam into my heart as I walk outside. The doctors stand behind police tape in the parking lot. Some are crying. Others lie on the ground in pain. Officers and EMS' stand around waiting for others to make their way out of the hospital. A group of SWAT officers bump into me as they enter the building.

"My father did this," I say mostly to myself. Before I know it Harry's hand is on my shoulder attempting to comfort me. I jerk away from him. "Oh my god," I breath out.

"Excuse me," a doctor says quietly. "Come on, honey," a nurse wraps her arms around me and walks me over to an open ambulance.

I turn back to find Harry staring at me. His green eyes light up the darkness. My heart beats so fast I think it might burst.

You've known him for two hours. You don't even know why he was in there in the first place. He killed Lizzie,  Ashton's voice rings in my ears once again.

Harry is encased in mysteries and I realize that his name is the only thing I know. He didn't even seem surprised when he heard me say that my father was the one that caused this whole tragedy.

Confusion falls over me. "I need to talk to someone," I say standing up. The nurse steps in my path.

"You're bleeding. We can't let you go," she says. I nod absentmindedly searching for Harry. When I find him talking to Jameson I run over to them pushing past the nurse with my shoulder. She grabs for me but I shake her off.

"Why the hell are you here?" I say, approaching them.

"He works for me. I sent him to watch over you. From a distance," he snaps at Harry. "I was hoping you wouldn't have to meet him," Jameson answers all of my questions. I glare at him.

"Works for you? Doing what?" I say harshly.

"I can't tell you, Elise. I'm sorry. I was just afraid," he tells me, wrapping me in a hug.

"Wait, how did you know that I would need protection? I was just going to the hospital to see my...my father," I cough out the last part. He was the farthest thing from a father I have ever had.

"My, uh, workplace has been trying to catch your dad forever," he hesitates.

I glare at him. "Just tell her," Harry adds. Then my glare switches to Harry.

"You keep your mouth shut. You killed Lizzie! You shot her!" I snap.

"I saved your life!" he yells back at me. I lunge at him which may have been the stupidest thing I've ever done.

Jameson grabs me and pulls me back. "You've had a long day. Let's go see Fawn," he whispers. Anger burns in my stomach.

"Not until someone tells me what happened in there," I say.
