Chapter 9

Kiara's POV

I was laying on my bed, staring at the ceiling. Thinking about yesterday. How long will it take me to call out my keyblade?

" Don't worry m'lady, I'm sure your sensei already has a plan. Besides, your friends are here to help you."

Thank you Yuki, I'm glad I met you.

" I am glad to have met you as well m'lady."

Yuki was laying beside me. I pat her head.

" Kiara! Look what I found!" Naname said jumping right at me. I rubbed my stomach as I looked at her hand.

" A letter? What about it? " i asked.

" It's not just a letter, an invitation from the king! There will be a ball tonight! Wow, it's like a dream... Mabye I'll meet my prince charming there!" She said as she was daydreaming and drooling.

" There is no such thing as Prince Charming for you, only Princesses have those. Anyway..... YOU SAID THAT THERE WILL BE A BALL TONIGHT! WHAT AM I GOING TO WEAR?!" I panicked. I've never gone to a ball before, so i don't have any gown to wear. What am i going to do? Grandma won't let me miss this party, especially when the invitation came from the king!

" Let's go shopping then."

" Like that's going to happen, grandma won't let us out in town all by ourselves." I said.

" I've got this, just leave to me."

In Shurei's office

" Of course! Just make sure to bring me those pastries i love it! Oh, Sora and Riku will be coming with you. Have a nice day!"

" But grandma, we can take care of ourselves." I said with pleading eyes.

" Are stupid? They need clothes for the ball as well. They're good friends with the king, it's only natural that they should come to the ball as well." She replied as she flips the page of the book she's reading.

Out in town

I can't believe this, i want to go into town to by new volumes of my favorite manga. Now, i won't have time for that now will i?

" Kiara, hurry up or you'll be left behind." Naname shouted. What a pain.

Sora's POV

Riku and I just followed the girls as the look for a shop with ball gowns and tuxedo. After a few steps we finally found the shop we were looking for. We went and looked around.

" What do you think of this one Kiara?" Naname asked Kiara.

" nuhuh, too light, you should find something that will match your blue hair. Lavender will do, but I prefer dark blue instead." Kiara explained.

She's so straight forward.

" How about this one?" Naname asked. She was holding a dark blue gown with details.

" That's the one!" Kiara said happily.

I looked at Riku and he was smiling. He was smiling at Kiara.

" Hey Riku, let's go find something to wear." I said.

" Yeah.." He replied.

We found the tuxedos and took a few, we went to the dressing room. There were only two doors in the dreesing room, and both have been taken. We waited for a few seconds, then the doors opened.
