As the days moving on Pearl's health is going worst. Edward and Carlisle are trying there best. Even kids came to know about Pearl' s health and they were so sad. In whole Cullen's house they only trusted Edward and Rosalie more. May be they talk to others but not in comfort. Rosalie and Emmett went to Pearl's house so that they get stuff for kids to play. While Rosalie is packing she found a album on that it was written as PEARL'S ALBUM. Rosalie opened it and shocked to see the pictures. She took the album and went Emmett said she need to go home immediately. Throughout the way Emmett asked her what happened but she didn't utter a word.

        They entered into the house and she went to Pearl's room but she was sleeping. Everyone sensed something wrong and they asked her. But she showed the album to the kids and asked did they know anything about the picture.

Sarena: Ya I know this is my mom (Pearl was just a year baby in that) and this her mom's mother and father. Mom's mother was died when she was born and she don't who is her father is.

Rosalie was shocked and happy becoz Pearl is Rosalie's daughter.

Immediately Edward said this to everyone and they too felt happy that she didn't lost her baby.

Rosalie and Edward thought to say the truth

Pearl was eating her breakfast. She want to talk to Edward becoz she thought Edward is hiding something

Rosalie came to Edward's room where Pearl is resting. Rosalie brought breakfast for her. Rosalie want to talk about their secret.

Rosalie: Are you ok now Pearl

This time Rosalie eyes are filled with love towards her daughter.

Pearl:I'm fine

Rosalie:I want to talk to you something important before that you have to complete your breakfast.

Pearl complete her breakfast and she even took her medicines.

Pearl: So what you want to talk Rosalie

Rosalie: Hmmmm... I want to say we are...,

And she said everything about them,secret also. She even said that she is her mother.

Pearl was utterly shocked when she listened everything especially Rosalie is her mother.

After 10 min she came out and said" Can you call Edward I want to talk to him".

Rosalie saw anger in her face.

After seconds of time Edward entered.

Pearl saw him and with great effort she stood by herself.

Pearl:Is it is true whatever Ros....

Edward: Yes,every word

Pearl: Why didn't you say me before.

Edward: I was afraid.

Pearl:You afraid

Edward talked to Pearl for an hour she don't know what to say. But her condition became worse than before and she became unconscious.

Edward: Pearl open your eyes you can't leave Carlisle....

Carlisle came and took her operation theatre in their home
