Edward and Rosalie are happy and she even accepted Rosalie as mother and the truth. Through her mind she send a msg to Edward.

Edward:Pearl you have to take rest come.

Pearl is seeing her kids with Edward.

Edward: I think I brought you up to take rest.

Pearl:But I'm taking rest by seeing my kids face see how peacefully they are sleeping.

Edward laughed

After sometime they went to their room. Pearl is worried about her kids and Edward because the disease is killing her from inside.

Pearl:Edward Can I see my Kids wedding.

Edward:Ofcourse you will.

Pearl:But my...

Edward interrupted

Edward:Sleep love

She slept in Edward safe hands.

Next day

Carlisle:Your condition is stable.

Pearl:So I can come to hospital

Carlisle:I didn't say that.

Pearl: But I can't let my patients to die just becoz of me and Emma,she is just a baby,she doesn't deserve death.

Edward:Nor you

Pearl:I promised her that I will make her get rid of her disease.

Edward:I know you did it but you have to think about yourself also and I talked another doctors they will take care of her and nothing will happen to her.

Pearl:So you are telling me to take back step about Emma.

Edward:Yes

Pearl:But I won't before I was patient I was a doctor so I can't forget my oaths that I took, when I became doctor and I'm treating Emma.....     I hope you will be on my side to help me to do this operation.

After saying Pearl went back to the room and she took her apron and stethoscope. She took her car and went to hospital.

Emmett:She is just like you Rosalie. She won't listen to anyone if she make a decision

Rosalie:I'm worried.

As Pearl promised Emma,she came to her ward and checked her status.

Emma: I thought you will not come to see me.

Pearl:Why did you thought my girl?

Emma: Dr.Uncle Edward said that you are not feeling well.

Pearl felt Edward is at her back.

Pearl:Hmm now I'm fine I gave you little promise to you right so I have to come.

Emma gave a weak smile.

Pearl started to tell a story to Emma while telling the story Pearl gave her injection so that she can sleep while operation is going on.

Pearl: Edward everything will be okay. Me and Emma will be fine.

Pearl took her iPhone.

Pearl:Mom(Rosalie) kids went to school right.

Rosalie:Yes Emmett went to drop them.

Pearl:Ok then I will be back by 9

Rosalie:What!!! You will come at 9 at means you are going to be in hospital for 12 hrs.

Pearl:Yes mom this operation will take 10 hrs.

Rosalie:But how can you work that much time

Pearl:Don't worry mom,Edward is with me and even I took medicine and I can be healthy for more than a week.

Rosalie:Ok take care of yourself dear.

Edward said to her that everything is ready. They took Emma to operation theater and said Emma's parents to keep faith on god.

They are operating Emma from last 5 hours. Half stage of operation is completed. But Pearl felt uneasy to stand becoz she is feeling weak and Edward sensed that. He called another doctor so he can be in Pearl's place.

She didn't said anything and went out from theater with Edward.

Pearl:Edward wait.

Edward:What happened.

Her hands are getting hot and she felt dozy.

Pearl:Ed I think I can't stand now,I will go to my room.

PEARL went to her room and took medicine and sat in her chair.

Edward:You are losing your energy everyday. You are looking weaker than yesterday.

Pearl saw into his eyes and saw his struggle towards her. She stretched her hand for help and he took it and made her to stand. She hugged him and slightly her body temperature is increasing.

Edward:Pearl we need to go home now.

He took her in bridal style and made her to sit in car. But she gradually decreasing her energy.

Edward called to Carlisle.

Edward:Dad are you in home.

Carlisle:Yes I'm what's wrong

Edward:We are coming home Pearl is not feeling well and I need you to help her.

Carlisle:Ok I will se everything.

They are in home. Carlisle is verifying her reports.

Rosalie:Pearl from today onwards you are not going to hospital and even out of your room.

Pearl:But mom....

Edward interrupted.

Edward:That's enough Pearl don't act like a kid. You did lot today. Upto now I listened to you,now you are listening to me that all.

Carlisle came down

Edward:What reports are saying.

Carlisle:Worse than before.

Edward looked down and at Pearl with anger.

Pearl felt very bad that she is killing him. She went to Edward room who is in anger.

Pearl:Can I Come

He nodded his head.

Pearl went to him and sat besides him and wrapped her hands around him. He gave a gentle kiss on her forehead and she gave a small smile,felt asleep in his arms.
