Tiger stood frozen for several seconds, he looked out at the sunset, thinking about how he could live without playing with Jinks or Poppy, what kind of a life is that. He always thought being an adult would be more fun than a kitten, hunting, fighting of other predators, but when he came face to face with the subject it was not anywhere near how it seems. He looked at his mom who was still walking with her long grey fur feathered to the side by the wind. when Nanuk turned around he walked casually which probably wasn't a good idea. Because Part of Tiger thought that he didn't want mother to know he was not ready to go, the other thought that he wanted mother to know he wasn't ready. But of course tiger was known for choosing his bad side. His ears perched on the side of his head so the wind wouldn't agitate him. He was busy thinking of what he would do with out jinks when He felt a paw in between his hind legs, and the next thing he knew he was in the air and soon splatted onto the ground. "What was that? You didn't even try!" He then heard her mother say. Oh are we starting now? He thought. "Try next time" nanuk said sitting her back faced Tiger, than quickly turned and whipped his feet,he jumped and right when his two front paws landed she whipped again as fast a Grey hound can run. Tiger didn't expect that. As funny as it is it sent him flying, he wiggled around in mid air hopelessly trying to move his tail and failed. He face planted on the ground and after a couple seconds he felt like his body separated from his head and flattened like a road kill.
He woke up from jinks laughing and he open his eyes and then freaked, because there was two jinks and two Poppy's, then it went. He stood limping for a couple steps then got used to it again. "Ha, you got beat by a girl" jinks observed trotting up to catch up to Tiger.
"It was our mother it doesn't count" he said shoving jinks aside, jinks stopped at where he was. He looked at Jinks who was crouching with ghost. Tiger looked at where jinks was looking, though he couldn't see well against the tall grass. Which gave a major advantage to the humans with sharpened sticks and clubs pointed at him.
