The stars shone through his soul
As a reflected sonata glittered in his eyes,
The desire to be wanted -- bordered insanity
As the restraint of an unknown fear
Veiled the last of enshrouded oblivion.
The final words, madness
Smuggled ignorance under the curtain of night
Out the sweeping abyss -- a door of hope
The water ran through her soul
Fixed on the eternity of wondrous beauty
The desire to be wanted -- bordered insanity
And the shackle of society custom
Creep into her mind, overflowing peace.
Although peace was an illusion
Crippled by madness, she fell
Out the sweeping abyss -- a door of despair
