Today is Lauren and I's 1 year anniversary. It has been a year since I met this beautiful woman laying beside me. She's so perfect. The way she thinks, her wisdom, her kind words. I walked down the stairs of our apartment too the kitchen and grabbed the eggs and potatoes. I chop up the potatoes and put them in a pan and brown them then add the 3 eggs, flipping it twice to perfection.
