First Date: Normally Pt. 2

Normani's POV:
After what felt like hours the car finally came to a stop. I heard Ally get out and get something out of the trunk and leave. She left me in the car! Blindfolded!!! I hear the car door open and Ally grab my hand and help me out of the car. She intertwines our hands and I instantly blush. "You know your cute when you blush" she said. That made me blush even harder. She kissed my check. Is this girl trying to kill me before our date?! We walk for a few feet and stop. "Take your blindfold off" I did as she said and stood there in aww. We stood on top of a hill there was a path that lead down to a fire pit, picnic bench and a lake. "This place is beautiful" with our hands still intertwined we walked down the little path and she lead us to the picnic table that had candles that illuminated the table and all of my favorite foods from Hot Cheetos to Chicken Wings. Man this girl is a keeper. "I know this isn't much but this place is really special to me. It is a place that I come to, to think and clear my mind. I vowed to take the one person here. The person who I believed to be the one. The person who would be willing to stand by me no matter what. Ever since X-Factor you have done that babe. And I am forever grateful and blessed to have you in my life. I know this is only our first date but we have known each other for years now and I have wanted to say this for a while." She grabbed my hands and stared me straight in the eyes.

Ally's POV:
Well here goes nothing "Normani Kordei Hamilton I love you with all my heart. You are my everything. I couldn't imagine my life without you. I am not going to propose or anything right now but I want to one day be able to call you my wife. But for right now Normani will you be my girlfriend?" She just stood there shocked did I say something wrong. What if she says no. I knew it was to-my thoughts were cut off by a pair of lips on mine. I felt butterflies in my stomach, my heart started racing. Our lips moved in sync like they were meant for each other. The kiss was slow and passionate. I broke away due to the lack of oxygen. "Yes. I will be your girlfriend Allyson Brooke Hernandez. A million times yes! But you probably won't want me to be your girlfriend after this" I looked at her worried and confused. Suddenly I felt her pick me up and throw me over her shoulder and run towards the water. "NORMANI PUT ME DOWN" "Nope! Sorry babe!" And with that she threw me into the water, I grabbed her arm and dragged her down with me. When we both resurfaced we and busted out laughing. Once we calmed down we sat there in each other's arms. I looked at her and she looked at me. It felt like one of those movie moments. We both leaned in and shared a quick kiss. I rested my forehead on hers and looked her in the eyes. "I love you Normani" "I love you too Ally"
