We drove for what seemed lime forever until we skidded to a stop. " Wait right here! I'll be back in a minute! " Cindy said. I looked at her weird and then back to some weird building. I let her get out and sat quietly in the car. I took in my surroundings. The building I saw Cindy go into was small and dark. It looked crooked and the shingles were falling off one by one each few minutes. It looked like one of those forbidden houses in horror movies. My thoughts were interrupted by the car door opening and closing with great force. " I got 'em!! " she said excitedly. No way she got them
that fast! " Are you serious! YOU ARE THE BEST FRIEND OF ALL TIME CINDY MADELINE JACOBS! " I yelled bubbling to the brim with happines.
" Ssssh! Save all the screaming for when we see them. All I know is that we have outfits, makeup, and nails to be done before 8:00 PM! " she said. And I knew she was absolutely right.
