It's the tenth week of school, you are really nervous. You and Ponyboy Crutis have been friends since you can remember. You guys read books together, watch movies and even watch sunsets together. He is like your brother, but you don't want him to be like your brother you want something more. For him to be you boyfriend.You have been imagining the day you have built enough courage to ask him out. But girls aren't supposed to ask out boys no one dose it. But today you are going to do the unthinkable.You are going to ask out Ponyboy Curtis. You get to school. Your walking in the halls and you see Pony at his locker. You are walking over to him. Very slowly but your getting there. He glances at you, but your not sure he saw you. You arrive at his locker. "Oh hey, Al!"He said , he calls you all sorts of stuff like Al, Ally and your real name Alyssa,"How are you." You were speechless. Then he said, "I actually was going to talk to you later about something important..." "Oh yeah and what did you want to talk about?" You asked. "I was wondering," he said nervously " I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me?" He said looking down at the floor. You stood still in shock. You reply " like hanging out?", " No I mean like date Ally, he said in the sweetest voice. "Of course Pony! I thought you'd never ask" you said. You chose not to tell him that you were going to ask him out yourself. You were standing close to Pony. He leaned in for a hug the his hand was making his way to your wrist. You knew what he was doing but that didn't bother you at all, you want the whole school to know that you are Ponyboy Curtis were holding hands. In fact he held your hand all the way to English. His and your favorite period in school.
