GINA IN THE MULTIMEDIA

Mimi

"Do you eat ground turkey?" I asked Eric. "Nah, that's to healthy fa' me" I frowned. "What's wrong with healthy?" I asked. "I don't like healthy meals" My frown deepened. "So that's why yo stomach saying pick-a-boo" Eric smacked his lips.

"My stomach not getting bigger. My stomach flat" I nodded. "Mhm. And sooner or later your titties gonn' be bigger than mine" "Aight damn. Get the turkey" I smirked and grabbed two out the freezer and threw them in the cart.

I started pushing the cart to the frozen pizza's when I heard a familiar voice call my name. "Mimi!" I turnt around and saw Xavier. "Omg" he walked up to me and we pulled in for a hug. We pulled away. "I ain't know you was back" I said folding my arms. He shrugged. "Yea, I had to come back my mama back in the hospital" I frowned. "Awe, I'm sorry. I thought she was healthy" He nodded and rubbed his chin.

"Yea... Cancer will do that to you" I heard Eric clear Hus throat making me turn around. "Oh, Xavier this is my boyfriend. Eric" Eric put his hand around my hip "Wassup?" Xavier held his hand out for Eric to slap but he didn't budge. "You good" I looked at Eric and frowned.

"Aight. Well..... I'll see you aroun' Mimi" I gave him a quick smile before he walked away when he was nowhere to be found I took Eric's hand off of me and started pushing the cart. "What's wrong witchu?" He asked. "You an asshole" I said honestly. He scuffed.

"Why you trippin? Dude used to be yo boy or some?" I shook my head no. "No, but what you did was rude and mean asl" I grabbed five frozen pizza's out the freezer and threw them in the cart on my way to check out. "Ion understand you" I rolled my eyes. "Ion understand yo ass either. Shit"

"So why you mad? You still like him?" I stopped the cart and squinted my eyes at him. "You serious?" I asked. "Mhm, why you got so mad?" "Because like I said before that shit you pulled was rude asl, and childish. But ion even care no more. I guess that's how you are" I started pushing the cart again making it to the check out aisle.

I seen him staring at me from the corner of my eye, but I didn't care. When we bought everything we put everything in the car and made our way back home. I grabbed a couple bags and Eric grabbed the rest. I unlocked the door and we sat everything on the wall.

I walked in the kitchen and made me a glass of ice water, still thinking about what Tyree said.
I heard Eric walk in the kitchen, I finished off my water and put my glass in the sink on my way out the kitchen Eric grabbed my wrist. I sighed. "What's wit the attitude?" I squinted my eyes. "Ion have no attitude" "Then what's yo problem?"

"You keep putting yo hands on me" He smacked his lips and let go of my wrist. "So you still trippin about o'l dude?" He asked. I rolled my eyes and started rubbing my temples. "For the hundredth time I'm over that situation so stop bringing the shit up" "I could tell by the way he was looking at you you was fuckin wit him befo' so you might as well tell me" I sighed.

"Fine, we dated for a while back in highschool" I said honestly. He shook his head. "You told me he wasn't yo ex" "He's not"

He narrowed his eyes. "The fuck you mean? You just told me y'all dated" "I know nigga. Dating and being in a relationship is to different things fool"

He was silent. I put both my hands up. "I'm not gonn' keep explaining myself to yo ass, like I said I'm done wit this petty ass situation. So can you please exit the kitchen so I can put these groceries up?" He sighed and nodded his head. I put my hands down. "Thank you" He walked out the kitchen leaving me alone. I took a deep breath checking the time on my watch.
