Chapter Five

TaeHyun's POV

I swallowed a blush as I followed Kim HimChan! It felt surreal! I mean a Hallyu Star was talking to me and acting like he actually enjoyed being around me.

"Hyung, where should we eat?" I blew my bangs out of my face.

"Hyung? You are warming up to me aren't you? If you blow your bangs out of your face one more time, i'm going to cut them off in your sleep." HimChan laughed.

I blushed and accidently let out a hearty laugh.

"Wow I like your laugh. It's cute. And we are going to get something sweet." HimChan grinned at me.

I lowered my head, shaking my hair out as I pretended to cough. Cute Laugh? Me? Finally his second sentence sunk in and my eyes widened. I really like sweets but, once I eat sweets, I turn so random and friendly and open. Candy is my drug although it shows more of my true self then I usually allow. We kept walking until we reached a candy shop on the boardwalk.

"I really hope you like candy because we are going to get sugar high!" HimChan practically yelled, running up the steps to the entrence. I glanced around, thankful that the streets were relatively empty. Less people would see me make a fool out of myself.

Entering the candy shop, my eyes widened at the huge assortment of candy from all over the world. My eyes got wide and my mouth was agape. I closed it before I drooled all over the waxed tiles.

"You haven't been here before have you? I can tell you haven't. You look like me when Yongguk first brought me here." HimChan laughed, grabbing my wrist as he dragged me down the first aisle of candy.

"No I haven't smelled this much sugar in one room before. Thank You." I managed to sputter out, my eyes glued to the rows of candy we were simply passing by.

"Ah, you're welcome. I like this place a lot so I'll take you here." HimChan said. "Pick whatever you want." I turned to him with wide, excited eyes.

"Whatever I want?" I repeated. He smiled and nodded. Turning away, a grin made it's way onto his face. He was so going to regret that sentence.

I scanned this wonderful place, filled with all sorts of candy, cakes and chocolate. They had chocolate covered sour gummy worms and cakepops. I took a pound of gummy worms and 10 cakepops. HimChan and I decided that we were going to share our candy and make little bags of it. The sweets here made me feel slightly dizzy with anticipation. I just feel free when I have sugar in my system, something I don't normally feel.

"Are you ready to combine our sweets now?" HimChan asked.

"Yeah but, I picked chocolate covered sour gummy worms. You might not like it." I smiled evilly. We sat down at a small table with my bags.

"Okay, close your eyes and dump all the candy on the table on three." HimChan ordered. I furrowed my eyesbrows.

"Dump it? What? Why?" I asked, clutching the bags close to my chest. Himchan laughed, shaking his head.

"Not out of the bag. Just put your stuff on the table," he ordered.

"But why do I have to close my eyes?" I asked but then covered my mouth with my hand at the sharp glare Himchan gave me. Sighing I closed my eyes.

"One. Two. Th-"

My candy bag dropped with a silent thunk just as something soft brushed against my lips. My eyes flew open to see Himchan leaning back, a faint blush on his cheeks as he bit his lower lip. Oh my God Kim Himchan just kissed me! Well it wasn't a kiss so much as a brush of his lips but still! Wait, it was probably an accident. No one would ever want to kiss me.
