Evil Donnie

Part 2

The next morning, the four turtles were in the dojo, training with Master Splinter. As usual, they were just about to start some 1 on 1 battles with each other. Raph stood in front of Donnie, as the two of them stood in position, waiting for Master Splinter to give them the signal to start. 

Splinter looked at the two of them, making sure they were ready. "Hajime!"

The two turtles burst into battle. Most of Donnie's attempted blows with his Bo Staff kept missing Raph, until one finally whacked him on the head. Raph quickly grabbed the other end to keep Donnie from moving, and kicked his stomach, causing Don to fall on his shell. Raph took the moment to body slam Donnie, while grabbing Don's hands and putting them behind his back. As of now, Raph was basically just having fun seeing Donnie squirming in pain beneath him, since most their battle ended this way anyway. Usually Donnie would forfeit by now, which was what Raph, and even Master Splinter was expecting. Suddenly, Donnie felt some sort of energy fill his body. He fiercely broke out of Raph's arm lock, grabbed Raph's head, and slammed it into the ground. He re positioned himself so Donnie was on top of his older brother. Now that Donnie was finally in control, he grabbed his staff and held it up to Raph neck, choking him. Donnie hadn't even realized his brothers and Splinter yelling at him to stop. The only thing he was focused on was beating Raph. 

"Donnie, you're gonna kill him!!!" Mikey yelled. That's when Donnie blinked, and noticed his brother turning purple under him. He immediately jumped of his brother, and trembled while looking at his older brother regaining his breath. Splinter knelt down beside Raph, making sure he was okay, and breathing well.

"What the hell got into you?!?" Leo yelled at Donatello. There was no reply. Donnie only stared into Leo's eyes, not knowing how to answer. Donnie was wondering the same thing. Why had he done such a thing? What came over him? Why couldn't he stop himself? After rummaging his mind for an answer he looked down and said,

"I... I think I need to rest... alone..." He quietly said to everyone. He turned and ran into his lab, leaving his brothers and Splinter speechless. 

His head was throbbing, as he sat down at his desk to take a few deep breaths. He rubbed his temples trying to remember what happened during that short practice battle. He was thrown on the ground by Raph... about to give in to failure... when he suddenly blinked and saw Raph choking below him...

"Why can't I remember anything?!?" He said to himself, getting for frustrated by the minute. Donnie tried to recall what happened when suddenly his mind went blank again. He stood up with the sudden urge to go to the surface. As if there was someone he wanted to see... someone he needed to see. Without thinking about it, he grabbed his staff and ran out the lair, not saying a word to anyone. 

He peeked out of the sewer hole, before jumping out to greet the moon-lit night sky. He took a deep breath and climbed up to the top of the nearest building. Donnie started running, and leaping from one building to the next. He wasn't exactly sure where his legs were taking him, but it didn't seem like he would stop anytime soon. His purple mask flowed in the wind while he mindlessly ran through New York City. His feet skid to an abrupt stop, as he stood before his destination. Which seemed to be the Shredders lair. Without hesitation, he jumped to the top of the building, and on the glass above the throne where Shredder sat. Making sure to keep quiet, he used a small laser he'd created on his free time to burn a hole in the glass big enough to fit through. Before entering, he studied the surroundings making sure where and when to go inside. It seemed as though the Shredder was sitting discussing something with Tiger claw, Rahzar, and Fish Face. Although Donnie couldn't quite make out what they were saying, he decided he should make his appearance now. He jumped down the hole, landing on the floor in between Shredder and the other mutants. It took them all by surprise, but Tiger claw was the first to react. He pulled out his laser gun and pushed through Rahzar and Fish Face to shoot it at Donnie. 

"Hold your fire Tiger Claw, I haven't come to fight," Donnie said while holding up his hand to Tiger Claw, "I came to ask a request for the Shredder."

The Shredder stood up and looked and Donnie, then back to the other mutants.

"Let him speak..." He ordered, noticing that Donnie wasn't being his usual self.

Donnie took a step closer to Shredder, while a devious smile spread across his face.

"I came here... To work for you."
