The Shredder, and all the other mutants, were quite surprised. Neither of them said a word, they just stood where they were, looking at Donnie. It was uncommon to find Donatello venture out alone in New York, especially to see the Shredder. The Shredder knew this himself, and didn't trust Donnie in the slightest.

"This must be some sort of trick. Tiger Claw, are any of the other turtles among us?" He ordered.

Tiger Claw looked around the room, sniffing the air to find the scent of the other turtles. He smelled nothing.

"He is alone, Master." He said, a slight sense of shock in his tone.

The Shredder looked at Donnie once more, examining him. He definitely was not being his normal, scrawny looking, nerdy sounding, self. Even his stance seemed different. Donnie held his head high, and his shoulders broad, acting much more confident in himself. Shredder didn't understand why, but he wasn't going to take any chances in letting one of the turtles sabotage him.

"Prove to me, turtle, that you are willing to take my orders. Bring me April O'Neil in 24 hours or less."

Donatello smirked and nodded his head.

"But know this," The Shredder continued, "If I find you have deceive me... The consequences will be dire..."

Donatello scoffed at Shredders threat. He figured such an easy task wouldn't be a problem at all. Now knowing is orders, Donnie gave Shredder a slight bow and ran out the building. He jumped to the rooftops once more, and scanned the city. It was a busy night, like always, with the street lights illuminating the sidewalks, and cars filling the air with noise. Donnie was standing at the edge of a building, when his head suddenly burst into pain. The shock made Donnie fall forward, harshly hitting the floor beneath him. He held his head in agony as the pain only got worse. I tried to refrain from yelling, but that easier said than done. Donnie stumbled back, as he noticed his eyesight was getting blurry. Everything seemed to be a blob of light, and the pain in his head made him feel as if he was about to pass out.

Just before Donnie lost it, the headache stopped. He stood up, still holding his head, as noticed his eyesight was restored. He blinked, confused.

"Where am I?...." He said aloud to himself, "When did I leave the lair?..."

(Not finished....)
