You walked around the park with Owen. "So... Have any suspicions about who is going to try to destroy the park?" You asked. "Wish I could say I did. You?" He asked. "Not a clue. Everyone here seems so mellow. Its unnerving." You said with a frown.
Owen bought you two a drink and you both sat down in a bench. You sipped your drink and looked around. You saw the Zach and Gray with their parents. The four ran up to you and smiled. "Hello (Y/n)!" Gray said. "Hey Gray, Zach, Parents." You said with a smile.
"Hey I'm going to check up on Blue. I'll see you in a minute babe." Owen said kissing your forehead. You nodded and he left. You turned back to the four. "Will you show them the dinosaurs?" Zach asked. "Sure!" You said. You got up and began your journey to the T-Rex.
When you arrived the parents heard the T-Rex roar and began to get scared. When you walked in you told them to wait. You went I side the paddock and looked for the Rex. "She's going to die!" The mom cried. "No she won't." Gray said. When the parents saw the T-Rex you were riding her.
"See." Gray said.
Owen was currently making his way to the raptor paddock. No surprise, Catherine was there in the most skimpy outfit one can see. He rolled his eyes and ignored her. "So Owen." She purred trying to be seductive. He rolled his eyes and shoved past her. He opened the paddock door and Blue came towards him running.
"Owen, baby! Look out!" She said trying to run but couldn't due to her hooker heels. Blue jumped on Owen and purred. Owen chuckled and pushed Blue off of him. He rubbed her head. Blue growled at Catherine. She knew that this was the girl that tried to hurt her Alpha emotionally.
Soon you appeared with the boys and their parents. You went to Blue and enveloped her in a hug. "Hey baby girl!" You said pressing a kiss to her head. The parents and Catherine were fear struck. Blue growled at Catherine. "Let me at her Alpha!" Blue said, but it sounded like a growl to everyone but you.
"No. You're not going to hurt her." You said. Everyone, but Owen and the boys, thought you were crazy. Blue bowed her head in submission and you stroked her head. You lead Blue to the paddock and put her in. You closed the door and turned to everyone with a smile.
Owen went to your side and pressed a kiss to your forehead. Catherine stares in jealousy. The parents watch Blue run around as you and Owen begin talking. "I hope it won't end up like the last two parks." You said.
"Me to." Owen responds. You both sat in silence until a roar is heard. Your head jerks in the direction of the roar, along with Owens. You then hear a scream. You immediately run towards the scream to see workers frantically gathering taze guns.
You notice Catherine in the paddock, and Blue circling her. Blue creeps closer, ready to pounce. You open the paddocks door and run inside. Owen knew you would be fine, but there was always a voice in the back of his head contradicting that thought.
You run towards Blue, turning into a raptor in the process. "Blue! Stand down!" You said, but it came out as roars to everyone else. Blue growled and Catherine screamed louder. "Why!? She tried to take away your mate!" Blue roared. "As true as it is, I ignore her! So stand down! Don't make me remind you who the Alpha is!"
Blue submits and Catherine shakes on the ground. You motion for her to climb on your back, but she doesn't. "You will eat me!" She cried. You huffed and picked her up, running her out of the cage. She struggled against your grip. You dropped her on the ground, and walked towards Owen.
Owen wrapped and arm around your neck. "What were you thinking?" Owen said. "Well.... She can control that raptor, so I thought if I could you would love me." Catherine said looking at Owen. He sighed. "Its not control, its respect you have for them and the respect they have for you. And I will never love you." Owen said.
Catherine huffed and stomped away. Owen pressed a kiss to your head and leaned on you. You make a purr like sound. He smiled and began walking towards the Mitchells. You turn into your normal form and smiled up at Owen.
The family looked at you panicked. "Is the person OK!?" The dad asked. "Yes, they're fine." You said with a soft smile. The family sighs in relief.
Later that day you and Owen are in your hotel and begin talking. "So... I think the culprit is Claire." Owen said. You looked at Owen. "You always blame her for everything." You tease with a smirk. He smiled back. "It could be!" He jokes with a playful glint in his eyes.
"I think its you." You say teasingly. "Ha, you wish." Owen said, kissing your temple. "Not really." You said. Owen smirked down at you. "Let's go to bed." You said. He nodded in agreement, and jumped on the bed. And I mean he literally jumped. You giggled at his actions and played down beside him.
You feel him wrap his arms around your waist and pull you close. "Night Owen." You said. "Night doll." He said. You then closed your eyes, drifting to sleep.
Even the innocent can play an act.
