"So..." I started.
"Yeah." Faye awkwardly.
"About what happened earlier."
"I shouldn't have kissed you back. It was a mistake. I don't know what came over me. We're two completely different people and we would never work out in a real situation. Plus, Jane was telling me you have your eye on some other girl, so I don't want to get in the way."
"That's exactly what I was gonna say. I completely agree." I said looking down at my food.
"Friends?" she asked.
"Friends." I confirmed hugging her. We let go and I bit my lip and looked down. I can't believe I agreed to that. I don't like some other girl. My eye was on her. That's what I told Jane. How am I gonna fix this?
"I'm gonna go over there now." she said standing up to walk to the swings where I saw Liam alone.I watched her walk over there towards Liam slowly.
In a couple minutes I heard her voice.
"LIAM! MOVE I'M GONNA HIT YOU!" she yelled.
I kept watching them as Liam was standing right in front of her swing. Liam was holding her up and her legs were tightly wrapped around his waist. she nuzzled her head into his shoulder. I couldn't help but remember this morning when she chased me up 12 flights of stairs. I just couldn't stand seeing them together. I didn't even know her then, not that I know her much now, but there's something about her that draws me in. I watched them for a couple more minutes before I couldn't take it any more.
"Alright! Time to get in the car." I said coming up to them. She slid off of Liam embarrassed and held onto his hand as they walked to the car side by side. hen we all made it to the car, she snatched the keys from Louis and went to get into the drivers seat before Liam playfully snatched them away from her.
"I wanna drive." Liam said shutting the door. I shook my head and walked over to the passengers seat. I slid in and shut the door. The car ride was pretty uneventful. Liam and Faye were holding hands they whole time it was disgusting if you ask me, but whatever. Faye said she had to go home and that's what we did. When we got there she climbed out of the car and before she could make it up the steps Louis jumped out of the car and tackled her in a bear hug.
"Get off of me, you fat ass." she said trying to pull herself up from under him. He finally stood up and I helped her up. she laughed and fell into my chest. I smiled and pulled her in closer wrapping my arms around her. "I'll miss you, buddy." she said into my ear.
"I'll miss you too." I whispered back. Buddy, well I am obviously friend zoned for eternity.
She let go and turned around to face Niall. I wasn't paying much attention until I saw her go over to Liam. She wrapped her arms around him and they whispered some things I couldn't hear. Liam began leaning away from the hug. I smiled as I looked over at them, maybe this was a good sign, for me. Suddenly he leaned down and pecked her lips. I looked away, nope, not a good sign I concluded.
"When did this happen?" Louis asked popping up in between her and Liam.
"Like an hour ago." Liam said looking at Louis frustrated.
"How come no one told me?" Louis pouted.
"No one else knew." I said from behind her still looking down..
"Sorry." she said blushing and looking down.
"Its all good. Remember," Louis started before Liam interrupted.
"Don't say it Lou." Liam warned.
"Use protection!!" Louis screamed.
I gritted my teeth. They shouldn't be having sex anyways.
