Emilia's POV
Another day has passed. Still. In. St. Mungo's.
I would have thought they would let us free by now. Nope, apparently we are still in terrible condition.
It doesn't make sense. We are both doing very well and are very active. Mostly because we want to get out of this insane place.
Insane? Yeah. It's insane. There are people with werewolf bites, no memories, and other insane things. That's why this place is... insane.
Chime! The clock caught my attention. I looked up to see that it was twelve'o'clock. "'Leen, want to go get lunch?" I asked, looking over at her.
"Sure. I'm actually kind of hungry, so let's go." she said, getting out of bed. I followed suit, and I put some shorts on and a t-shirt from a Weird Sisters concert.
We headed into the mess hall, and I bumped into some guys named Caleb and Tyler. Caleb was an arse, but Tyler was pretty nice. We talked for awhile, and then Eileen reminded me that I had to go get food, so we parted ways.
"Bye, Emilia!" he called, walking off. "Bye!" I said, before grabbing a bag of chips. Mm.
"So, who's that?" Eileen said, biting into a slice of bread.
"Some arsehat named Caleb and some kid named Tyler." I said, crunching on a potato chip.
"Good choice of language." she said, snickering.
"Fine then, Caleb was a little sh-" I said, before she interrupted me. "Let's stick with arsehat, shall we?" she said, wiping some bread crumbs from the corners of her mouth.
"Oh whatever." I said, reaching for her cookie, before she slapped my hand away. "No." she said, a small smirk creeping up on her face.
"Pwease?" I said, pouting.
"Yeah, no." she said, waving it off.
"You little shit." I said, crossing my arms. "Why thank you." she said, taking small bites of her cookie.
"Mm! So good!" she exclaimed loudly, waving it under my nose.
I grumbled as I inhaled the delicious smell of the cookie. Finally, she quit teasing me and ate it.
We went back to our room, later that day. I didn't see the arse or his friend, which sucked. I wanted to see the friend again. Tyler, was it? Yeah, Tyler. He was nice.
"Eileen?" I asked my twin softly.
"Mm?" she murmured, as she crawled into her bed.
"Do you think Mum misses us?" I asked, even though I knew the answer.
"No.. I don't think she cares that we both nearly lost our lives.." Eileen said, sighing a bit.
"Oh well, who cares." I said, burying my face into my pillow.
The door burst open about fifteen minutes later and I jumped up, alarmed. "What's going on?" Eileen asked, jumping up as well.
